[Detailed Description of the Invention] (a) About the Object of the Invention The present invention aims to reduce the number of traffic accidents that continue to increase dramatically in a rapidly overcrowded motorized society, especially those caused by traffic accidents occurring on roads or roadside construction sites day and night. The purpose of this is to prevent accidents, but at various construction sites on or near the road surface, various signs are erected to indicate that construction is underway to alert passing vehicles. It is well known that the current situation is that accidents involving people and equipment continue to occur due to heavy traffic, and that the social impact of these accidents is becoming widespread and serious.

(A) Regarding conventional technology and problems Conventionally, as a means to prevent this type of accident, various signs were erected at the construction site as described above, or sometimes simple equipment was used to set up ropes. Measures were taken to stop intruding vehicles by placing obstacles such as sandbags, water bags, sand bags, etc., and causing them to collide with these obstacles. This method not only destroys the intruding vehicle when it collides with the installed obstacle, but also causes the installed obstacle to be blown away, causing accidents not only to the driver but also to the construction workers. In addition, the current situation is that they can break through obstacles and enter construction sites, causing serious damage.

(B) Problems to be Solved by the Present Invention In view of the above, the present invention eliminates all conventional measures based on the idea of preventing runaway vehicles from entering by fixing them or installing heavy objects, and prevents runaway vehicles from entering construction sites etc. Actively introduce intruding vehicles into accident prevention equipment,
This attempts to stop the vehicle by causing a phenomenon similar to when a vehicle suddenly applies the brakes, and by causing displacement and deformation of the accident prevention device due to the inertia of the vehicle.

Next, when a runaway vehicle 9 rushes into the device through the opening 8, when the front of the vehicle 9 intrudes to the point where it collides with the front net 2, the entire vehicle (front and rear wheels) rests on the bottom net 1. Therefore, of course, whether the vehicle 9 is front-wheel drive or rear-wheel drive, the drive wheels 10 rest on the bottom net 1 (Fig. 3A), and then the vehicle 9 collides with the front net 2 (Fig. 3B). With the entire weight on the bottom net 1, slip the device forward (Figure 3C).

Note that when the vehicle 9 collides with the front net 2, the support strings 11 supporting the front net 2 and side nets 3 to the upright struts 4 are broken by the impact of the collision, so the upright struts 4 are left in place and the front The net 2 bulges forward as shown in FIGS. 3B and 3C, and a tension-resistant rope 6, stretched between the bottom net 1 and the front net 2,
6' causes the rear end of the bottom net 1 to be rolled up upwards, and at the same time as this force acts, both sides of the front net 2 and the bottom net 1 rise inward to some extent. It becomes curved and wraps around the vehicle 9, and slips on the ground together with the vehicle 9. Simultaneously with the start of this slip, the rotation of the drive wheels 10 stops, and the rotation of the entire vehicle 9 is stopped as if the brakes were suddenly applied. That is, the vehicle 9 moves from the opening 8 to the bottom net 1.
When the net 1 enters the net 1, travels on the net 1, and collides with the front net 2, the traveling on the bottom net 1 is stopped. Simultaneously with this stoppage of travel, the device of the present invention moves forward with the intruder vehicle 9 placed on the bottom net 1 due to the travel inertia of the vehicle 9. At this time, friction occurs between the road surface and the lower surface of the bottom net 1, and due to the frictional force, the device of the present invention stops moving while the vehicle is placed on the bottom net 1.

Next, regarding the stopping action of the vehicle, since the vehicle is attached to the vehicle body, until the vehicle 9 collides with the front net, the vehicle rotates on the top surface of the bottom net 1, and from the moment of the collision, the bottom net 1 rotates as described above. The vehicle 9's progress on the network 1 is stopped. However, at the same time as this collision stops, the device of the present invention is pulled (moved) forward by the running inertia of the vehicle.

As mentioned above, the force generated from the action R that moves the device forward due to running inertia, and the force generated by the vehicle (drive wheel 1
The force that tries to pull the device back caused by the rotational action S of 0), that is, two forces with completely opposite directions of force are generated simultaneously and act on the device of the present application, so these contradictory forces At the moment when this occurs simultaneously, the rotation of the drive wheels (vehicle) 10 stops, and the vehicle 9 is in a state similar to that of applying sudden brakes, and the vehicle 9 and the device become one and slip due to the running inertia of the vehicle 9. Become. (Figure 3B).
Normally, when the vehicle 9 brakes suddenly on the road, the slip distance increases in proportion to the speed at which the vehicle is traveling (because the contact area between the road surface and the tires remains constant regardless of the speed). However, if the vehicle enters the device and the rotation of the vehicle stops, it may be said that only nine wheels of the vehicle slip on the road surface. )
It should be noted that it is not the device of the present invention, but is directly the bottom net 1.

(a) This device slips forward with the vehicle placed on it due to the running inertia of the vehicle, but in response to this forward movement, the bottom net 1 has a friction with the road surface to stop the device from slipping. At the same time, a frictional force is generated.

(c) Since the material of the net constituting the device is a flexible material, the frictional force between the road surface and the bottom net 1 is large. Of course, even if the net material is steel wire, the frictional force will be large, and it is clear from the fact that the frictional area is extremely large compared to that between the tires of an automobile and the road surface.

(d) The device is a net, and when a vehicle enters the net, its running inertia acts on the entire net to move it forward, and on the other hand,
The net tries to stop on the road surface due to the frictional force between the bottom net and the road surface caused by the vehicle load and the net's own weight, that is, a force acts in the opposite direction to the direction of the above force. , the entire net of the device is stretched back and forth, the width of the bottom net is reduced, the density of the mesh increases (the mesh becomes elongated), and the frictional force becomes larger.

(E) When the device is entirely made of flexible materials, the bottom net 1 will conform better to the road surface even if there are irregularities on the road surface, and this conformity will not be resolved even in a slip condition, so that when the device slips. does not reduce the frictional force.

(F) When the vehicle 9 slips together with the device, the above
Due to the forces acting in the two contradictory directions mentioned in (d), both sides of the bottom net 1 rise up into a curved shape, come into contact with the outer surface of the vehicle, and apply a strong pressing force, which particularly helps stop the rotation of the drive wheels. At the same time,
To prevent damage to the vehicle body together with side nets when the vehicle body comes into contact with equipment or other objects present at a construction site, and also to prevent construction equipment or construction workers from getting caught in the vehicle body.

Since the present invention has the above-mentioned effects, if the present invention device is installed at an appropriate location at a work site on the road regardless of day or night, even if a runaway car or the like enters the device, it will not be able to access the network. This reduces the impact force between the device and the vehicle, and even if the driver does not brake suddenly, the slip of the device automatically stops the rotation of the vehicle suddenly. The friction causes the vehicle 9 to come to a complete stop. However, since the friction between the road surface and the device (bottom net 1) is extremely large, the slipping distance is shorter than the slipping distance when suddenly braking on a normal road surface. It is possible to easily prevent intrusion into the work site, and the shock mitigation caused by the slip phenomenon can prevent accidents involving personal injury or equipment that would otherwise occur. Furthermore, the tension-resistant rope 6 prevents damage to the device. In particular, in addition to preventing personal accidents and equipment accidents, in the case of construction work that is directly related to the lives of ordinary people, such as gas, electricity, water supply, etc., the interruption of construction due to accidents is of great concern not only to those involved in the construction, but also to the lives of ordinary people. Although this will cause unnecessary inconvenience and loss, it has the advantage of being able to prevent these from occurring. In particular, the only way to prevent this type of accident in the past has been to use sandbags, sandbags, water bags, and other heavy objects to forcibly stop the invading vehicle. However, the device according to the present invention stops the intruding vehicle 9 using a method that is completely opposite to the conventional method of simultaneously causing the device and the runaway intruding vehicle to slip, thereby preventing any personal injury. This invention has the great advantage of being completely preventable.
