Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily and highly reliably connect a corrugated sheath pipe cut halfway without using a joint by cutting the middle part of a faucet part and an insertion part at a non-corrugated pipe part which is formed by a combination of a successive faucet part and insertion part at specified intervals. CONSTITUTION:A length-short sheath pipe or residual sheath pipe P1 (or P2) and a supplementary sheath pipe P2 (or p1) are both out at a stepped place of a non-corrugated pipe part to form connecting end parts, a faucet part 3, being one end part and an insertion part 4 the other end part respectively. An adhesive is applied to the inner surface of the faucet part 3 or the outer surface of the insertion part 4, and then the insertion part 4 is pressed in the faucet part 3. This enables both the P1 and P2 to be irrotationally and easily connected without using a specific joint.

<Conventional technology> When installing drain pipes, water supply pipes, or hot water pipes (hereinafter referred to as water supply/drainage pipes), or when wiring electric wires and cables, long sheath pipes are rolled up and transported to the site. The sheath pipe is extended along a predetermined piping route, and a supply/drainage pipe or an electric wire/cable is drawn into the extended sheath pipe.
The so-called sheath pipe construction method may be applied.

The sheath pipe used in this sheath pipe construction method must have excellent visibility so that it can be transported in a rolled form and be extended along curved routes, and be lightweight so that it can be transported in long lengths. Corrugated plastic pipes must meet requirements such as being of good quality and having excellent shape retention (resistance to pressure immersion deformability) to enable smooth pipe passage. It is lightweight and has excellent pressure resistance and deformation resistance because the ring-shaped or spiral-shaped unevenness acts as a rib against the pedal load, and satisfies the above requirements.
It is commonly used as a sheath tube.

However, as the diameter of the sheath tube increases, the length of the sheath tube is limited due to weight or roll size in terms of transportation or handling, and the length of the sheath tube is insufficient, making it unavoidable to connect the sheath tube midway. Sometimes. In addition, if the piping is short and there is a surplus of sheath tube, and the surplus sheath tube is used separately, it may be necessary to connect the sheath tube.

In order to eliminate this unreasonableness, as shown in Figure 9,
Corrugated bulges 2' are provided at regular intervals, one of the corrugated tubes to be connected to each other is cut at the corrugated bulge end, and the other corrugated tube end is connected to the corrugated bulge end. It has been proposed to screw it in (Utility Model Publication No. 10288, 1988).

However, in order to screw the pipes back and forth, it is necessary to rotate one pipe relative to the other, and it is difficult to rotate long pipes such as sheath pipes. This is especially true for large and heavy items. If only the end of the tube is rotated without rotating the entire tube, the tube will be forced to twist and a torsion reaction force will be generated, and this torsion reaction force will act in the direction of loosening the threaded joint. Moreover, in pipes that are transported in rolls, bending of the pipe is unavoidable, and this bending also makes the above-mentioned screw connection difficult. Furthermore, even if the connection could be made by screwing back, it would be necessary to use putty or seal tape to seal each section, making the water-stopping process troublesome. Therefore,
Even if the corrugated pipe described above does not require a conventional exchange joint, the connection work is more difficult and the reliability of the joint is lower than when such a joint is used.

When the receptacle part and the inlet part are separated by cutting the stepped part, as shown in Figure 2, adhesive (not shown) can be used.
There is a dimension relationship that allows insertion connection via the third
As shown in the figure, it is preferable that the socket part 3 has a tapered tubular shape, with the inner diameter becoming smaller as it reaches the probe. The diameter of the joint is between the diameter of the peak and the diameter of the valley of the corrugated pipe. It is desirable to set the dimensions.

The corrugated pipe according to the present invention is transported and stored in a roll according to the number of bundles, and used as a sheath pipe in the sheath pipe construction method. In this case, if the length of the roll is insufficient compared to the length of the pipe, even if relatively short pipe surplus material is used, the specified connection can be made by plug-in connection without using a joint, as shown in Figure 2. It can be a sheath tube with a length of piping. In Figure 2, P

(or p t ) is a supplementary sheath pipe, and both sheath pipes are connected by cutting the step part of the non-corrugated pipe part, and the socket part 3 is used as one end, and the socket part 3 is used as the connection end. The part 4 is the other end, and the inner surface of the socket part 3 or the socket part 4
If an adhesive is applied to the outer surface of the connector and the insertion part 4 is press-fitted into the socket part 5, the connection can be easily made in a non-rotating manner without using a reciprocating joint.

In addition, the shapes of the tip of the socket part 3 and the tip of the insertion part 4 are smaller in diameter than the diameter of each non-corrugated pipe part, as shown in Fig. 3. By doing so, it can be easily inserted during connection and difficult to remove.

The method for extending the sheath pipe is as follows: (a) As shown in Figure 4A, the end of the winding end of the sheath pipe roll A that is insufficient in length and the beginning end of the supplementary sheath pipe roll B are connected to the socket/insertion method described above. Connected by supplementary sheath tube scroll B
A method of letting out the sheath pipe from the winding end b2 and extending it along the piping route. (B) As shown in Fig. 4B, after finishing unwinding the insufficient sheath pipe A, add supplementary wire to the rear end. A method of connecting the winding end b2 of the sheath tube roll B by the above-mentioned socket-insertion method, and further extending the sheath tube along the piping route, (c) as shown in FIG. 4C, After finishing the unwinding and wire stretching of the insufficient sheath pipe A, transport the supplementary sheath pipe roll B to the end of the wire extension a, and transfer the winding start end of this roll B to the end of the wire extension a of the insufficient sheath pipe as described above. A method may be used in which the connection is made by a socket insertion method, and then the sheath tube is drawn out from the winding end b2 of the supplementary sheath tube roll B and the wire is extended. In any case, if the end of the wire extension is a manhole, the end may be used as a socket part, and this part may be inserted and connected to the duct opening pipe of the manhole.

When implementing the above construction method, it is necessary to cut the step part of the non-corrugated pipe part of each roll to make a connection end, so cut pieces are generated, and these cut pieces become a loss.
It is advantageous to shorten the length Q, 1 of the corrugated tube portion. On the other hand, the length Q2 of the non-corrugated tube section, that is, the non-flexible section, should be shorter than the corrugated tube section. Therefore, the length Q2 of the corrugated tube section,
It is advantageous to lengthen the length to ensure overall flexibility.

In the above construction, it is desirable to stamp a measuring mark on the non-corrugated pipe part in order to easily manage the length of the surplus sheath pipe roll and supplementary sheath pipe roll, and also mark the nominal diameter, company name, or It is also possible to engrave a house mark etc. It is also effective to set the spacing between the non-corrugated tube sections so that the dimensions can be determined by simply counting the number of non-corrugated tube sections.

<Effects of the Invention> As described above, the corrugated pipe according to the present invention is provided with a non-corrugated pipe part in which a socket part and an insertion part are successively formed at predetermined intervals. By cutting the intermediate part between the part for use and the part for insertion, it is possible to connect the sheath pipe to a socket/insertion when the length is insufficient when piping the sheath pipe, to use leftover material from the sheath pipe, or to connect it to a manhole opening. It can be made using the mouth method, does not require a special joint, does not require the rotation of the sheath pipe when connecting the pipe, and also does not require filling the valleys with putty or sealing tape, making the connection quick and easy. It can be carried out.
