Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 電気導線とこれにつながる電気接点、定めら
れた温度において変形する物質（感温材）および
これらを収納する容器よりなる接点を備えた温度
ヒユーズにおいて電気接点の開離動作に座屈を応
用したバネを設けたことを特徴とする温度ヒユー
ズ。 ２ 上記１における収納容器は高い熱伝導率を有
する耐熱性の電気絶縁性物質によりなることを特
徴とする温度ヒユーズ。 ３ 上記２における電気絶縁性物質に窒化アルミ
ニウムあるいは炭化珪素の焼結体を用いることを
特徴とする温度ヒユーズ。
