Claims (1)
- ボールジヨイント１のボールスタツド２の柄３
の外周にダストカバー４の一端小開口部５が装着
され、前記ダストカバー４の他端大開口部６が前
記ボールジヨイント１のソケツト７の外周面に周
状に形成されたダストカバー装着溝８に嵌合され
、前記ダストカバー４の大開口部６の外周部１０
にサークリツプ１１が装着されることにより、前
記ダストカバー４の大開口部６が前記ソケツト７
に固定された、ボールジヨイント１のシール装置
２１において、前記ダストカバー４の大開口部６
の周状の内周部９の断面形状が内径側に向かつて
先細りとなる楔形で、前記ダストカバー装着溝８
の断面形状が、前記ダストカバー装着溝８を構成
する互いに向き合う側面１９，２０の相互の間隔
がボールジヨイント１の外周方向へ向かつて大き
くなる略くの字状であることを特徴とする、ボー
ルジヨイントのシール装置。
