直角に切断して上部開口部及び下部開口部を形成
し、該上部開口部の端縁部を所定幅で縦長方向に
所定長切り込んで３個の分割片を形成し、中央の
分割片はその左右両側端縁部が合着されて注入口
を形成し、また、左右両側の分割片は吊手片とな
り該吊手片のひとつが反転され夫々の端部で合着
されて吊手部を形成し、さらに、前記下部開口部
に所定形状の基布が合着されて底部を形成するこ
