Claims (1)
- シリンダ基部側に供給された液相流体をスクリ
ユによりシリンダ先端へ輸送する装置において、
液相流体の供給口より上流側のスクリユ部分は液
漏れ防止溝を有し、かつそのフライト項部の幅方
向に段差によるステツプランドを形成することを
特徴とする流体輸送装置。
