ドの先端に接続栓を一体成型するようになつてき
たが、雌型接続栓は受刃金具が内蔵され、機器に
取付けたコンセントや雄型接続栓の突出した刃が
受刃金具内に挿入されるよう嵌挿されたとき、受
刃金具と刃の接合が完全に行なわれる必要がある
ために、受刃金具に弾性を持つよう構成されてお
り、従つて、合成樹脂で接続栓を成型するに際
し、刃との接合部内に溶融した合成樹脂が流入し
たり、接合部の必要な弾性を失なわせるような成
型方法はさけなければならず、一般の電気機器に
取付けられている雄型の差込プラグの如く、単純
に成型することができず、従つて、雌型接続栓
は、前述の如く合成樹脂により予め成型されたハ
ウジングを用いて組立てられるのが普通であり、
手間がかかり、固定用螺子などが外れたり、リー
ド線が切れるなどの問題点があつた。

する複数個の刃受金具収容室を有する本体と、該
刃受金具収容室の刃受金具挿入口側において、刃
受金具収容室全部を同時に閉塞する蓋体の嵌合部
を設けると共に、嵌合部の内壁には刃受金具の平
板部と断面形状に合わせた溝を形成させ、刃受金
具の平板部を嵌挿される空隙を蓋板との間に形成
するようにし、内側壁には蓋体の係止用突起を設
け、蓋体はヒンジを介して本体と一体となるよう
にし、外かく成型用合成樹脂よりも高い融点の熱
可塑性合成樹脂で成型した刃受保持具を使用する
ことにより解決せるものである。

の断面形状にほゞ等しい深さの溝を設けて蓋体5
を嵌合部6に嵌合させたときに刃受金具の平板部
が嵌通する空隙を生ずるようにし、蓋体5を本体
1の嵌合部6に嵌合せる際に、蓋体5が脱落しな
いように本体1の嵌合部6側壁に係止用突起7を
設け、蓋体5は本体1とヒンジ10を介して連結
し一体成型される。すなわち、刃受金具8の固定
は、刃受金具の刃受部とリード線の結合部の間に
平板部を設け、固定具の蓋体5と、本体1の刃受
金具収容室2の刃受金具挿入口3側に設けた蓋体

で蓋体5を別に成型したものよりも無駄なく容易
に組立てを行なうことができ、外かくを合成樹脂
で包むように成型するに際しても、固定具の刃受
金具収容室2は刃受金具挿入口側3が蓋体5で完
全に閉塞されているので、溶融合成樹脂が流入す
る恐れなく電気的安全性がより確実に保たれさら
に、リード線と受金具接続部が外かくの合成樹脂
により包まれ固定されるので、リード線が折れた
り、脱落したり、また隣接の受金具接続部と接触
する恐れもなく、絶縁性も良好になるなどの利点
を有するものである。
