ス装置であつて、 前記オリフイス孔が前記液路の中心からのオフ
セツト量の異なる位置に穿設されているオリフイ
ス本体が、所定数組み合わせられて配設されてい
ることを特徴とするオリフイス装置。 (2) 前記オフセツト量の異なる２種類のオリフ
イス本体が準備され、これらのオリフイス本体が
適宜数交互に配設されていることを特徴とする請
求項１記載のオリフイス装置。 (3) 前記異なるオフセツト量のうち、一つのオ
フセツト量が０であることを特徴とする請求項１
または２記載のオリフイス装置。 (4) 前記オリフイス本体の少なくとも一つに、
