(Prior Art) When insulators used in electrical stations, power transmission lines, etc. become contaminated by typhoons, soot, seasonal winds, etc., their insulation strength decreases, and if the strength falls below a predetermined value, a flashover accident occurs. For this reason, the applicant of this application
62-217814 proposes an insulator washer as shown in FIG. This insulator cleaning machine has a spray nozzle 7 at the tip of an operating rod 2 made of an insulating material.
In addition, a water tank 8 is provided between the operating portion 2a of the operating rod 2 and the injection nozzle 7, and the water tank 8 and the injection nozzle 7 are communicated through a water pipe 10, so that water from the compressed gas supply source is Air supply hose 4 for supplying compressed gas to the injection nozzle 7
has been established. Then, by opening the valve 11 provided on the operating part 2a side and injecting compressed air from the injection nozzle 7, the water in the water tank 8 is made into a mist and is injected onto the inner surface of the suspended insulator 13.
The soiled surface of the insulator is cleaned.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the above conventional insulator washer, there was no member supported by the suspended insulator 13 near the tip of the operating rod 2, so the operating section of the operating rod 2 When a worker holds the part 2a and cleans the suspended insulator, the entire load of the water tank 8 and the operating rod 2 is applied to the operator of the operating part 2a, which poses a problem in that the cleaning work requires a great deal of effort. . In order to solve this problem, it was necessary for another worker to lift the tip of the operating rod 2 from above using a separately provided correction rod 31 made of an insulating material. Therefore, a new problem has arisen in that the insulator cleaning machine is very cumbersome.

(Function) In the first invention, when cleaning an insulator, first, the operating rod held at the support position on the base end side is tilted, and the pedestal near the tip of the operating rod is brought into contact with the surface of the insulator. let Then, the load of the operating rod, etc. acts on the surface of the insulator through the pedestal, and the entire load of the insulator washer is shared between the supporting position and the pedestal. When the operating rod is moved with the pedestal in contact with the surface of the insulator, the pedestal moves on the surface of the insulator, and the position of the injection nozzle is accordingly moved. In addition, since the pedestal is rotatably connected and supported to the mounting part, if you change the inclination angle of the operating rod while the pedestal is in contact with the surface of the insulator, the injection direction of the injection nozzle will change. The surface of the insulator is cleaned from all angles.

Further, in the second invention, since the weight is provided closer to the proximal end than the supporting position of the operating rod, in addition to the effect of the first invention, the operating rod can be moved with the operating portion of the operating rod lifted. Since the weight and the weight are balanced, it becomes easier to transport the insulator washer and move it on the insulator.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a mounting tube 5 is connected to the distal end of the operating rod 2 so as to be perpendicular to the operating rod 2, and a movable mounting member 6 is connected to the distal end of the mounting tube 5. A spray nozzle 7 is attached. Further, at a position near the tip of the operating rod 2,
A front annular water tank 8 shown in FIG. 6 is fitted so as to be relatively rotatable (maximum angle is about 20 degrees). At the top of the water tank 8, there is provided an air intake pipe 9 which also serves as a water supply port and is equipped with a check valve (not shown). The water tank 8 and the injection nozzle 7 are connected to each other by a flexible water pipe 10, and the water sent from the water tank 8 to the injection nozzle 7 passes through the air supply hose 4 and the inside of the operating rod 2 to the attachment pipe. The compressed gas sent to 5 is sucked and mixed by the ventilate effect of the injection nozzle 7, and is sprayed in the form of mist.

At a position near the tip of the operating rod 2, there is a suspension insulator chain 14, which is connected in series with a suspension insulator 13 for a tension tower, to carry the load of the rod 2, water tank 8, etc.
A pedestal 15, which is a main part of the first invention and is made of an insulating material, is attached to the upper part of the holder. This pedestal 15 is connected to the suspension insulator 13 as shown in FIGS.
A pair of left and right brackets 1 are provided on the opposite side of the surface on which the contact protrusions 15a are provided.
5b are integrally erected. Then, with the mounting plate portion 16a as a mounting portion integrally formed on the outer circumferential surface of the mounting cylinder 16 fitted and fixed to the operating rod 2 engaged with the bracket 15b, the connecting pin 17 is held by the connecting pin 17. It is rotatably connected and supported as a fulcrum. By doing this, even if the inclination angle of the suspended insulator chain 14 is different or if the suspended insulator chain 14 is long and slack in the middle, the contact protrusion 15a of the pedestal 15 can be cleaned during the insulator cleaning operation. It becomes possible to change the injection direction of the injection nozzle 7 while keeping it in contact with the surface of the suspended insulator 13.

On the other hand, on the operating portion 2a side of the operating rod 2, a weight 1, which is a main part of the second invention, is located closer to the proximal end than the shoulder hanging point P, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4.
8 is installed. This weight 18 is movable in the longitudinal direction of the operating rod 2 and is fitted onto the rod 2 and fixed to the mounting cylinder 20 by a bolt 19.
It is detachable and can be divided into multiple parts so that the weight can be changed.
