Claims (1)
- 透明電極と背面電極により絶縁層、発光層を挟
持した電界発光灯において、透明電極として吸湿
フイルムにＩＴＯを蒸着したフイルムを用い、背
面電極には吸湿フイルムに金属を蒸着したフイル
ムを用いたことを特徴とする電界発光灯。
