の樹脂製グリルベース１６と、この樹脂製グリル
ベース１６の外周縁に沿つて周設される取付用フ
ランジ１８にその周縁を取付固定される金属製ネ
ツト１７とから構成されるとともに、上記取付用
フランジ１８の側壁部１８ａを覆い、内装部品１
１の表面と、金属製ネツト１７の表面との間に外
観上の一体感を与える段部１９が内装部品１１の
開口１２周縁に沿つて形成されていることを特徴
とする車載用スピーカグリル。 ２ 樹脂製グリルベース１６には金属製フレーム
