て、前記ケーシングには、その長手方向に連続す
る毛管物質層が内蔵されており、その先端部近傍
の側壁面に前記毛管物質層の一部を前記層内に臨
ませる窓が構成されているとともに、前記毛管物
質層に浸透した水分に反応して水分の有無を検知
し告知する告知手段が設けられていることを特徴
