ニツト7の凝縮器8に供給するガス連絡配管11
と、凝縮器8からの液冷媒を蒸発器4に供給する
液連絡配管12とを備えた空気調和機1と、 上記室内ユニツト2よりも所定高さ高い位置に
設置された給湯ユニツト16と、該給湯ユニツト
16内に配設され、ガス冷媒の放熱凝縮により水
を加熱する第1熱交換器22と、上記ガス連絡配
管11の途中に配設され、圧縮機3からの吐出冷
媒熱により冷媒を蒸発させる第2熱交換器23と
、上記第2熱交換器23で蒸発したガス冷媒を第
1熱交換器22に供給するガス循環配管24と、
第1熱交換器22で凝縮した液冷媒を第2熱交換
器23に流下させる液循環配管25とを備えた給
湯機15からなることを特徴とする給湯冷房装置
