Claims (1)
- 居住用地下室の温度及び湿度を制御する空調装
置において、空調装置の室内機から排出されるド
レン廃水を一定量保持する廃水受け槽と、該廃水
受け槽内の水位を感知する水位センサーと、該水
位センサーからの信号によつて駆動され、停止時
にも水の逆流を伴わない揚水ポンプと、該揚水ポ
ンプからの廃水を地表面に導く連結管と、からな
る空調機用ドレン排出システムを具備することを
特徴とする居住用地下室の空調装置。
