て下半分の色を塗布し、マスキングを剥してリペ
ア炉にて焼付乾燥させ、再び上記塗装工程後の組

装方法に係るものである。したがつて、第1上塗
塗料は中塗塗装と同時に焼付乾燥させ、従来のよ
うに第1上塗塗料だけを独立して焼付乾燥させる
ものに比べ焼付回数が1回減るため省エネルギ
ー、コスト低減になる。また、第1上塗塗料だを
焼付ける独立した焼付炉を設ける必要がなくな
り、スペースの節約、設備費の低減が計れるもの
