本発明は製紙カスと高吸水性樹脂とからなる混
合物を造粒、乾燥してなるペツトの排泄物処理材

吸水性がないため放置したままにしておくと不衛
生であり、かつ排泄物の臭気がいつまでも残るた
め排泄のたびに取り替える必要があつた。しかも
排泄時にペツトが砂をかきまわすため砂が飛散し

し水洗トイレなどにながして処理することが可能
であり、排泄物の処理が非常に簡単になつてい
る。しかし、なお吸水性に問題を残しており、か
つ湿潤状態が長く続くという問題点は解消されて

き換えてなる混合物を造粒、乾燥してなるペツト
の排泄物処理材に関し、高吸水性樹脂が迅速に多
量の水分を吸収するため、吸水部分が少量です
み、かつ表面がサラサラした状態を長く保持する
ことができる。さらに本発明の排泄物処理材は高
吸水性であること、また水分散性ないし水活性物
質で構成されているためトイレなどで処理するば
あい、排泄物とともに廃棄する量がパルプに比較

パルプのみからなる従来のものに比べて飛散しに
