As shown in FIGS. 11 to 16, a heat insulating panel A' for a hooker is manufactured by making cuts 13 in the metal plate 2 on the back side and bending the metal plate 2. The cut 13 may penetrate through the heat insulating material 3 and reach the metal plate 1 on the front side, as shown in FIG.
As shown in the figure, some are inserted only into the metal plate 2 on the back side.

Since the metal plate 2 is cut by the cuts 5, its strength is reduced, and furthermore, it takes time and effort to make the cuts 5. The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and its purpose is to prevent corrosion since the metal plate is not cut, to prevent loss of strength, and to easily process the metal plate. An object of the present invention is to provide a corner heat insulating panel and a method for manufacturing the same. [Means for Solving the Problems] In the heat insulating panel of the present invention, a panel body 4 is formed by filling a heat insulating material 3 between a corrugated metal plate 1 on the front side and a metal plate 2 on the back side. The first manufacturing method of the present invention is to create a plurality of folds 5 in the width direction on the metal plate 2 on the back side and curve it in an arch shape along the longitudinal direction. A heat insulating material is filled between the metal plate on the back side and the panel body 4 is formed, and the panel body 4 is conveyed between the support roll 6 and the roll with a blade pattern 7, and the metal plate on the back side is conveyed between the support roll 6 and the roll with a blade pattern 7. The vf feature is that the panel body 4 is curved in an arch shape along the shrine parishioner direction by forming a plurality of folds 5 in the width direction at predetermined intervals in the panel body 2. The method is to fill the space between the metal plate 1 on the front side and the metal plate 2 on the back side with a heat insulating material 3, and then install the panel body 4.
The panel main body 4 is conveyed between the pedestal 8 and the blade press 9, and the blade press 9 creates a plurality of widthwise folds 5 on the metal plate 2 on the back side at predetermined intervals. It is characterized in that the main body 4 is curved in an arch shape along the direction of the parishioners, and these configurations achieve the above objectives. [Function J] Since the metal plate 2 is bent by making the fold A5, the metal plate 2 is not cut as in the conventional case, and corrosion is prevented, and the strength is not reduced due to the fold 5.
Furthermore, since only the creases 5 are formed, processing becomes easier. [Example] As the original plate of the metal plate 1.2, a colored galvanized iron plate, a colored aluminum plate, a colored aluminum submarinth alloy plated steel plate, a stainless steel plate, a titanium steel plate, etc. are adopted. metal plate 1
.. A foamable synthetic resin material such as hard polyurethane or polyisocyanurate containing polyol, incyanate, catalyst, blowing agent, etc. is injected between the two spaces, and is foamed to fill the insulation material 3 and form the panel body 4. ing. A male part 10 and a female part 1 are provided at both widthwise ends of the panel body 4, respectively.
1 is provided. The metal plate 2 on the back side of the panel body 4 is provided with a plurality of folds 5 in the width direction at predetermined intervals in the central part in the parishioner direction. A layered thermal panel A is constructed. This corner layer thermal panel A is manufactured as follows. As shown in FIG. 6, the panel body 4 is carried between a supporting roll 6 such as a rubber roll or an iron roll and a roll with a blade pattern 7 with the metal plate 2 on the back side facing up, and the outer circumference of the roll with a blade pattern 7 is A plurality of folds 5 in the width direction are formed at predetermined intervals on the metal plate 2 on the back side using blades 7a protruding at predetermined intervals, thereby forming the panel main body 4 in an arch shape along the shrine parishioner direction. The corner layered thermal panel A is manufactured by curving. In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, the second corner layer heat panel A is 3a-rubenders 12f>each ws'-n, 12
By adjusting the position of a and carrying it in, it may be reprocessed to the desired R dimension. Further, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the panel main body 4 is intermittently conveyed onto the pedestal 8 with the metal plate 2 on the back side facing up,
A plurality of creases 5 are made in the width direction on the metal plate 2 at predetermined intervals using a blade press 9 on the pedestal 8, thereby bending the panel body 4 in a 7-ch shape along the parishioner direction to form a corner layer. A thermal panel A is manufactured. The corner layer thermal panel A manufactured in this way is the first
As shown in Figure 0, the male and female parts are fitted together with the flat insulation panel B and attached to the corner of the wall surface.

Since the panel body is curved in an arch shape along the longitudinal direction, the metal plate is not cut like in the past, which not only prevents corrosion but also prevents the strength from decreasing due to creases. There are some things that are not there, and there is also S! of the present invention!
! The panel body is conveyed between a supporting roll and a roll with a blade shape, and the back side of the panel body is conveyed with a blade roll, or between a holder and a blade press, and the back side of the panel body is conveyed with a blade press. By making multiple creases in the width direction on the metal plate at predetermined intervals, the panel body is curved in an arch shape along the longitudinal direction, making it easy to make folds and curves. It becomes easier.
