【考案の詳細な説明】
(産業上の利用分野)
本考案は建物の屋上やベランダ等の躯体の上面
を保護する笠木の上面に手摺柱を取付けるために
用いられる笠木上への手摺柱取付用下金具に関す

(従来の技術)

に笠木を配置して手摺柱取付用下金具のボルトに
対応する位置にドリルで孔をあけ、この孔からボ
ルトを笠木上面に突出させて手摺柱ブラケツトを

おかなければならず、この墨出しに多くの時間を
必要とするうえ、ボルトセンターとドリル孔との
間にわずかなセンターずれも許されず、もしわず
かなセンターずれを生じた場合に孔をあけ直すと
笠木上面が見苦しくなり、また雨水が侵入して内
部腐食の原因となる多くの問題点があつた。従つ
て笠木を損傷させることなくその上面に手摺柱を
迅速に取付けることができる笠木上への手摺柱取

の下面に位置する手摺柱取付枠5の手摺柱取付板
7とに同時に透孔が形成されるので、この透孔に
手摺柱ブラケツト4をタツピンねじ14等により
取付けることができるものである。この孔あけは
手摺柱取付板7が手摺柱ブラケツト4よりも幅広
く形成されているために墨出しに多少の誤差があ
よても問題がなく、また、手摺柱取付板7と笠木
2とに同時に孔あけが行われるから従来のような
センターずれが生ずることはなく、迅速かつ正確
に笠木上への手摺柱取付作業を行うことができる

工して成るもので、手摺柱取付枠5と躯体1の上
面に取付板部11をアンカーボルト等により固着
されるベース枠6とからなるものである。手摺柱
取付枠5は図示のように手摺柱ブラケツト4より
も幅広で笠木2に対応する傾斜面とされた手摺柱
取付板7とその前後両側に形成された庇片8,9
には2個所にそれぞれ高さ調節ねじ10が螺装さ
れている。後述するように手摺柱取付枠5はこれ
らの庇片8,9によりベース枠6に固定されるも
のであるので、手摺柱取付板7はベース枠6より
も十ミリ乃至数十ミリだけ上方位置に固定される
こととなる。一方、ベース枠6は前後両端に前記
庇片8,9の先端に接する略垂直な立上り部1
2,13を備えたものであり、その横幅は手摺柱
取付枠5と略等しいものとすることが好ましい。
なお、図中14は手摺柱ブラケツト4を手摺柱取
付枠5に取付けるためのタツピンねじ、15は手
摺柱ブラケツト4に手摺柱3を固定する固定部
材、16は該固定部材に手摺柱3を固定する固定
ボルトである。従つてベース枠6を躯体1の上面
の手摺柱取付枠位置に固着したうえその上面に手
摺柱取付枠5を載置し、高さ調節ねじ10により
手摺柱取付板7の高さと傾斜角を調節した後、そ
の庇片8,9をベース枠6の立上り部12,13
に溶接し、その上面に笠木2を配置して笠木2の
上面からドリルにより孔あけを行えば、笠木2と
その下面に位置する手摺柱取付枠5に同時に透孔
が形成され、この透孔にタツピンねじ14等によ
り手摺柱ブラケツト4を固定すれば迅速かつ正確
に手摺柱3の取付が行われることは前述のとおり

付枠とに同時に透孔を形成することができるもの
であるから従来のように孔あけの際にセンターず
れを生ずる虞れは皆無となり、また、手摺柱取付
枠は手摺柱ブラケツトよりも幅広で寸法に余裕が
あるので躯体上へのベース枠の取付位置に多少の
誤差があつたとしても孔あけミスを生ずることが
ない。従つて本考案の手摺柱取付用下金具を用い
れば迅速かつ正確に笠木上への手摺柱の取付けを
行うことができ、しかも躯体上面の変形は高さ調
節ねじにより吸収することができて美しい仕上が
りを得ることができるものである。よつて本考案
は従来の笠木上への手摺柱取付用下金具の問題点
を解決したものとしてその実用的価値は極めて大
