- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 画像形成装置に用いられ、感光体に対向す
るように配設されるコロナ放電器であつて、コロ
ナ放電用のチヤージワイヤを覆うように設けられ
、チヤージワイヤ側の外気に連通する空所を有し
、該空所内にコロナ生成物を吸収する吸収部材を
収納したシールドケースと、シールドケースの空
所内の空気を吸引する吸引機構と、を設けたこと
を特徴とするコロナ放電器。 (2) 前記吸収部材が、シールドケースの空所内
に交換可能に収納されたことを特徴とする請求項
１記載のコロナ放電器。
