- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 互いに平行に設けられた複数列の醗酵処理槽２
と、 前記醗酵処理槽２の払い出し側に該醗酵処理槽
２と略直交方向に延びるように配設されたコンベ
ア装置６と、 前記醗酵処理槽２内に傾斜して進入する切返し
具１８を備え、該醗酵処理槽２の上方に架設され
た走行レール４上を走行する切返し機３と、 前記走行レール４から切返し機３が乗り移るこ
とができる延長レール１１と、該切返し機３から
落下する有機物２６を前記コンベア装置６に逆送
する逆送手段２３とを有し、さらに前記醗酵処理
槽２と略直交方向に走行しうる移送台８と を備えた醗酵装置。
