This type of underground conduit usually consists of multiple pipe bodies that are laid between manholes in multiple rows vertically, multiple rows horizontally, and are arranged underground, such as under roads. At the time of the initial installation, extra conduits that are expected to be added in the future are laid at the same time, and the cables to be routed can be drawn into any empty conduit and installed. It is being harvested.

The present invention has been proposed in order to solve the above-mentioned disadvantages. Prior to cable insertion, the inside of the underground pipeline is diagnosed using a pipe camera, etc., and the locations that are obstructing the cable insertion, i.e. A cylinder device equipped with a propulsion head is forcibly inserted into a conduit that is in an uneven state due to breakage, etc., to correct the inserted state, and then a hydraulic expander is inserted into the corrected position and activated, and the repair sleeve is inserted. The present invention aims to provide a method for repairing underground pipelines in which the diameter of the pipeline is expanded and pressed against the inner surface of the pipe to repair a pipeline that is damaged in the circumferential direction so that it can be retracted.

Then, the conical raised base 5 is fixed with a nut 5a via the fixed side plate 4, and the eye bolt 8 is fixed.
The traction wire 9 is connected via the traction wire 9. On the other hand, at the end of the hydraulic cylinder 1 in the forward direction, there is a raised base part 6 with an inverted conical tip and adjacent to the raised base 5.
A lifting member 6 forming a disk-shaped side plate portion 6b in the middle is fixed to a. Then, the inner diameter of the central part of the inner circumferential surface becomes maximum and moves toward both ends so that it can slide on both the conical surfaces of the raised base 5 and the raised base part 6a. A pedestal 7 whose outer peripheral surface is cylindrical and is divided into a large number of pieces, for example, four pieces in the circumferential direction, is formed so that the inner diameter is reduced with the same slope as the above-mentioned conical surface slope. As shown in Fig. 2, a repair sleeve is made of a metal tube formed by wrapping thin metal plates in layers (b) or in multiple layers (c) on the outer peripheral surface of the pedestal 7. 10 is held and fixed so that it will not come off with holders 11 and 12 screwed to both side plates 4 and 6b. Further, the pressure oil to the hydraulic cylinder 1 is supplied to the oil chamber 1a via the hydraulic hose 13, the joint 14, and the oil passage 3a provided obliquely to the piston 3, or to the oil chamber 1a via the hydraulic hose 13, the joint 14, and the oil passage 3a at the end of the cylinder. 1a
The oil in the other oil chamber 1b or 1a is discharged from the respective oil passages.

A pipe camera or the like is inserted between the two manholes, which is one section of the pipe, to observe the difference in level caused by breakage, etc., and to confirm its position. After this observation is completed, a cylinder device equipped with a propulsion head is forcibly inserted through one manhole to correct the uneven part, etc., and then the traction wire 9 is inserted into conduit A, and then from the other manhole. Pull it out and wind it up with a winch or the like, and as shown in Fig. 3, place the hydraulic expander holding the repair sleeve 10 against the damaged area Aa of the pipe A. Insert until it touches and stop. Next, when pressure oil from a hydraulic pump or the like is introduced into the oil chamber 1b of the hydraulic cylinder 1 through the hydraulic hose 15, the joint 16, and the oil passage 1c, the piston 3 moves to the left with respect to the hydraulic cylinder 1. , the raised table 5 via the piston rod 2,
The raising member 6 is pushed away from the raised base portion 6a, and each divided member 7a to 7d of the raised base 7 is pushed apart from the raised base portion 6a by the conical surfaces of both raised bases 5 and 6a, as shown in FIG. Raise it in the radial direction, expand the diameter of the repair sleeve 10 held on the outer peripheral surface of the pedestal 7, and press it against the damaged area Aa,
Subsequently, when the pedestal 7 is pressed against the conduit A to further move it upward, the inner circumferential surface of the conduit A and the inner circumferential surface of the repair sleeve 10 whose diameter is expanded are as shown in FIGS. 5 and 2.
As shown in Figure a, the cables can be repaired to a state where they are substantially the same and the repair sleeve 10 does not obstruct the cable insertion. When the repair is completed in this way, the pressure oil is transferred to the hydraulic hose 13, the joint 14, the oil passage 2b of the piston rod 2, and the oil passage 3 of the piston 3.
When the piston 3 is moved to the right and the raised base 5 is brought close to the raised base portion 6a, the diameter of the raised base 7 is reduced as shown in FIG. By winding up the traction wire 9 again using a winch or the like, the hydraulic expander can be easily pulled out to the other manhole.

た個所を恒久的に矯正状態に維持する。 The conduit A corrected in this way has a concave portion on the inner circumferential surface between the curved portion that has been deformed and expanded in diameter and the repair sleeve 10, so this concave portion is filled with resin P. Furthermore, in order to make the inner surface of the pipe A smoother, a resin lining pig 17 is inserted into the pipe A from one manhole, and the lining resin P is injected into the front surface of the pipe A. As shown in the figure, when the resin P is pulled by the pulling wire 18 and inserted, the resin P is pressed against the inner circumferential surface of the pipe by the conical surface of the tip of the pig 17, filling the concave portion, and the resin P is inserted into the pipe A and the repair sleeve 10. A lining layer P' of a predetermined thickness is formed on each inner circumferential surface, and the inner surface of the tube is made smoother, allowing the cable to be inserted extremely easily. Further, the repair sleeve 10 is fixed to the inner circumferential surface of the conduit A by the formed resin lining layer P', and permanently maintains the damaged area in a corrected state.

As described in detail above, the present invention provides for straightening an underground conduit which has a level difference due to breakage etc. to an inserted state, and then
Insert the hydraulic expander that holds the repair sleeve, activate it at the circumferentially damaged area to expand the diameter of the repair sleeve, and press and fix it to the inner circumferential surface of the pipe to repair the damaged area. Therefore, if a defective part such as a breakage occurs, it can be repaired while the cable is buried, and the excellent effect of facilitating subsequent cable pulling-in work can be obtained.
