記筒部のスリツトから前記シヤフトの凹溝に係合
し、一端が筒部を一方向へ他端が前記シヤフトを
他方向へ夫々外方へ付勢するスプリングとからな
り、前記筒部の軸方向への移動を防止する操作ハ
