Manually mounting components on a printed circuit board involves inserting the legs of each component with connecting terminals into holes formed in the printed circuit board for mounting components. It takes a considerable amount of experience and skill to manually mount the circuit board while ensuring that the mounting position is correct, and in addition, work efficiency is extremely low when performing work on a large number of printed circuit boards in small quantities. Not only does this decrease, but the level of worker fatigue is also higher than when working with the same type of product.

In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention has been made for the purpose of providing a device that can perform labor-saving mounting of a wide variety of components on printed circuit boards in small quantities. A light receiving/emitting plate in which a large number of sets of light receiving/emitting parts are closely arranged on a plane, and a plurality of parts are divided and housed by assigning appropriate part symbols to each part, and the above part symbols are used. A parts tray for positioning a predetermined part at a take-out position, a light-emitting section that emits an electric signal corresponding to the part symbol, and irradiates light to a selected light-receiving element on the light-receiving/emitting plate, and the light emitting section thereof. a handy type teaching light having an input section for inputting the component symbol to output a signal corresponding to the component to be mounted on the part that receives the light; A computer connected to an input/output section and a positioning drive section of the component tray, which is a computer connected to the input/output section and the positioning drive section of the component tray, and is configured to operate a teaching light that is applied to the component mounting position of the printed circuit board placed on the light receiving/emitting plate in the order of component mounting. The component symbol signals of the components supplied from the light and the light reception signals of the light receiving elements are memorized and stored, and the stored component symbol signals and light reception signals are stored in the order in which they are stored.
The present invention is characterized in that it comprises a computer configured to output a take-out positioning signal for the component tray and a light emission signal for a light emitting element paired with the light receiving element.

On the light emitting/receiving plate, select multiple component mounting positions on the printed circuit board or its drawing on which the components are to be mounted, and the components corresponding to each component mounting position by operating the teaching light at the component symbol and component position in the order in which the components are to be mounted. This memory signal is stored in the computer, and the corresponding parts on the component tray are sequentially positioned at the take-out position, and the light-emitting elements at the corresponding mounting positions on the plate emit light in the order in which the parts should be mounted, allowing the operator to take out the parts. It is possible to hold only possible parts in hand and mount the parts in the position where the light emitting element emits light without making a mistake.

Note that the component tray 3 may be formed as a linear sliding type instead of a rotating type. in this case,
Since the tray 3 of the above embodiment is positioned on the side of the light receiving/emitting plate 1 in a place where parts can be easily taken out, the parts tray of the linear sliding type is also slid along the vertical or horizontal direction of the plate 1. In addition, it will be positioned on the side from which parts can be easily taken out. Also, parts tray 3
may be formed in multiple stages. The positioning operation in the case of forming multiple stages is the addition of vertical movement to each operation in the above example.

In order to prevent the light-receiving element 2b from outputting a light-receiving signal due to external light such as natural light, the light-emitting wavelength should be specified or other appropriate methods should be adopted, and the operating conditions of the light-receiving element should be made to correspond to this. Then, when a printed circuit board (not shown) on which components are to be mounted is placed on the light receiving/emitting plate 1 and a symbol of the component to be mounted is input into the teaching light 5 from the input section 5b, a signal corresponding to the symbol is sent to the computer. 6, and to confirm the input,

This light reception signal is paired with the component symbol signal and stored inside the computer 6. Therefore, for each component to be mounted, for example, by storing a signal representing the component symbol and position in the computer 6 using the above method in the order in which it is to be mounted, the computer 6 can record a plurality of components to be mounted and their mounting order and position. Note that the input of the component signal may be performed, for example, by voice. In this case, the input section 5b of the teaching light 5 is usually a microphone, and the computer side converts the audio signal into A/D and stores it.

That is, when the computer 6 is placed in a state in which it outputs the stored signal by an appropriate command, the signal representing each component symbol and the light emitting diode 2a at the position corresponding to the component are outputted in the order in which they were stored at an appropriate time pitch. Since the light emitting signal is output, the component tray 3 is rotated so that the storage compartment 3b corresponding to the above signal is located at the ejection port 4a, and the light emitting element 2a at the mounting position corresponding to the component emits light. be.

Therefore, the operator only needs to extract the component from the extraction port 4a without using special judgment and insert the connecting terminal leg of the component into the mounting hole where the light emitting element 2a emits light. Thereafter, the corresponding components are inserted into the mounting holes in the same manner in the order in which they were stored first.

Here, in teaching the component position by the teaching light 5, since light passes through the component mounting hole of the printed circuit board, the light emitted from the light emitting element 2a is only emitted by the light emitting element that is paired with the element that actually received the light. The orientation of the parts can also be confirmed by this light emission.

The present invention is as described above, and on the light emitting/receiving plate, at a position corresponding to a plurality of component mounting positions on a printed circuit board on which components are to be mounted or a drawing thereof,
While moving the high-day type teaching light in the order of mounting the parts, by operating the input section of the light at each moved position, input the part symbol of the part to be mounted at that position, and select the part symbol. The signal from the light emitting part of the light is stored in the computer via the light receiving and emitting part at the component position, and at the same time, electricity is generated so that the storage section of the component tray corresponding to the component symbol is located at the take-out position of the component tray. The signal is memorized, and based on this memorized signal, the corresponding components on the component tray are sequentially positioned at the take-out position, and the light-emitting elements at the corresponding mounting positions on the plate emit light in the order in which the parts should be mounted, allowing the operator to take out the parts. Hold only possible parts,
It is possible to mount the component in the position where the light emitting element emits light without making a mistake, and therefore it is extremely useful as an apparatus for manually mounting electronic components on printed circuit boards of various types and in small quantities.
