[Detailed Description of the Invention] (A) Field of Industrial Application The present invention relates to a stacking magazine device suitable for storing and replenishing a large number of sheet-like members such as PTP packaging sheets in a stacked manner.

(b) Prior art In order to improve the efficiency of packaging operations, PTP packaging machines have traditionally installed a transfer conveyor that sends packaging sheets made in the previous process, the filling and packaging process, to the next process, the stacking and packaging process. A stacking hopper is provided in the middle so that even if the stacking process temporarily stops, the packaging sheets are temporarily stacked on the stacking hopper without stopping the operation of the previous process, or a replenishment hopper is installed immediately before the stacking packaging process. When a defective sheet is removed and a missing sheet is left, packaging sheets are supplied from the replenishment hopper.

However, since conventional accumulation hoppers and replenishment hoppers were fixed, when the accumulation hopper was full, the packaging sheets had to be manually taken out and refilled into the replenishment hopper one by one. Sometimes, the packaging sheets that have been taken out have to be stacked in bulk in a sheet storage area or in a case, making cleaning up difficult.

As shown in detail in FIGS. 3 and 4, the magazine receiver 2 has a frame 20 with a rectangular cross section into which a sheet-like member can be inserted. A guide member, that is, a guide plate 23 extending upward is integrally formed on the upper edge of the opposing side wall 21 of the frame body 20 . It is preferable that the inner surface of the side wall 21 and the inner surface of the guide plate 23 be on the same plane. Each guide board 23
Notches 24 extending vertically are formed on both sides. A chamfer 25 is formed on the inner side of the upper edge of each guide plate 23 to facilitate movement of the sheet member from the inside of the magazine to the inside of the magazine receiver, as will be described later.

Three large notches 26 are formed in the lower edges of the other pair of opposing side walls 22 of the frame body 20, and a small notch 27 is formed therebetween. A stopper member 28 is rotatably attached in each notch 27, and a pin 29 fixed to the side wall 22 is provided between the rear end of the stopper member (the end that is outside the frame) and the pin 29 fixed to the side wall 22. A spring 31 is tensioned. At the upper edge of each side wall 22, there is another pair of guide members or guide rods 32 extending to approximately the same height as the guide plate 23;
A pair of small pins 33 are attached.
The inner surface of the side wall 22 and the corresponding portion of the outer peripheral surface of the guide rod 32 are flush with each other in order to facilitate the transfer of the sheet-like member from the inside of the magazine to the inside of the frame 20. The upper end of each guide rod 32 is also tapered 34 for the same reason.

5 to 7, the magazine 4 is constructed by fixing a long magazine frame 41 having a U-shaped cross section in parallel to each other with a pair of handle members 44. At the bottom of the center part 42 of the magazine frame 41,
A long slit 45 is formed into which the portion sandwiched by the notch 24 of the guide plate 23 of the magazine receiver 2 is inserted. A notch 46 is formed at the lower end of both sides 43 of the magazine frame plate 41, and a claw 47 whose tip slightly protrudes into the magazine is rotatably attached within the notch 46. When the magazine 4 is installed in the magazine holder 2 in a predetermined state, the claw 47 is pushed upward by the pin 33 and pulled into the notch 46 from inside the magazine, as shown in FIG. ing.

In the stacking magazine device having the above configuration, when the magazine 4 is installed in a predetermined position in the magazine receiver 2, the claw 47 attached to the lower part of the magazine 4 is pulled into the notch by the pin 33 as shown in FIG. The sheet-like member can freely move back and forth between the inside of the magazine and the inside of the magazine receiver.

Therefore, when the magazine receiver is placed at the accumulation position of the sheet-like members m and the sheet-like member m is pushed up into the magazine receiver 2 by a feeding device (not shown), the sheet-like member rotates the stopper member 28 and moves the magazine. They are sequentially stacked in the tray 2. When the magazine holder is full, it enters the magazine. When the magazine 2 is full of sheet-like members m, this is detected by, for example, a detection device 6 provided on the side of the magazine. Therefore, it is sufficient to replace the magazine with an empty one at that point. When the magazine is removed from the magazine holder, the claw 47 returns to its original position (the position where the tip protrudes into the magazine).
The sheet-like member inside the magazine does not fall out.

Conversely, when the magazine receiver 2 is provided at the replenishment position for sheet-like members and the sheet-like members are to be supplied from the magazine receiver 2 onto a conveyor passing below, the magazine 4 containing the sheet-like members is moved to the magazine receiver 2.
When installed inside the magazine, the sheet-like members inside the magazine and the magazine receiver can freely move back and forth as described above, so the sheet-like members inside the magazine enter the magazine receiver one after another, and the lowest sheet-like member becomes the stopper member. It stopped when it hit 28.
