表蓋に形成された円筒軸受部の端部との間で挟持
するとともに、前記円筒ギアの中心に立設された
中心軸の先端に複数のすり割りを設け、このすり
割りによつて分割された弾性部分の外周にねじ部
を形成するとともに、該弾性部分を弾性帯によつ
て連結し、この複数のねじ部をロツドの円筒内部
に形成されたねじ部に螺合したことを特徴とする
