が容易であることから、錠剤として用いられるこ
とが多い。

方法(特開昭55−62011号公報)などによつて広
く知られている。

酸ナトリウム錠剤を薬筒内に多段状に充填し、そ
の下法開口部を屎尿放流水に接触して使用する際
には、毛細管現象によつて上昇した水が、処理水
と直かに接していない薬筒内の錠剤に吸着され、
薬筒中内部の錠剤が膨潤し薬筒内で目詰りする所
謂棚吊り現象を起こして、円滑に活性塩素を供給
できないという欠点があつた。

形したのち、実質的に錠剤中の水分が気化逸散し
ないような条件下に50℃以上に加熱する方法を提
案した。(特開昭57−31862号公報参照) しかしながら、この方法によれば、錠剤の外部
から加温されるため、形状が大きい場合、内部ま
で均一に加熱し難いので、特に表面は処理条件が
苛酷になり、ヒビ割れや形状変化を起こし、更に
加温する必要があるなど必ずしも量産に適すると
は云えないものであつた。

誘電加熱によつて常温で遊離水を持たない状態に
乾燥させることによつて、円滑な溶解性を示すジ
クロロイソシアヌル酸ナトリウム錠剤が得らえる
ことを知見し、本発明を完成させたものである。
