Claims (1)
- ヒータと、このヒータの温度を検出する温度セ
ンサーと、この温度センサーと並列に抵抗とコン
デンサを直列接続した回路を温度設定用の可変抵
抗を介して接続した温度検出回路と、前記ヒータ
を通電制御する制御極付電力制御素子と、前記制
御極付電力制御素子の制御極から電流ヒユーズを
介してトリガーダイオードの一端と接続しトリガ
ーダイオードの他端を前記コンデンサと接続した
トリガー回路とを備え、前記電流ヒユーズとトリ
ガーダイオードの接続点と電源の一端に定電圧素
子を接続した安全回路。
