次ダンパー室とに区劃すると共に、上記の一次ダ
ンパー室に電磁弁の一次側をプランジヤ組み込み
筒部を介し連通させたダンパーボツクスと、上記
一次ダンパー室の方向にダイヤフラムを押し戻す
よう設けた復帰バネと、一次ダンパー室と二次ダ
ンパー室とを連通させると共に、途中に絞り部を
有する通路と、電磁弁の開弁にともないスライド
するプランジヤを介し二次ダンパー室側にダイヤ
フラムをプツシユするよう設けた連結棒と、復帰
バネにより一次ダンパー室の方向にダイヤフラム
を押し戻すときにのみ開弁するようダイヤフラム
