合部材の平面部に、他方の係合部材の板厚に相当
する高さの支持部を垂設して、その支持部に、そ
の支持部より大きな面積を有し平面形状が多角形
の係止板部を一体的に、平面部と平行に形設し、
他方の係合部材の平面部に、前記係止板部が遊嵌
する透孔を穿設し、かつその透孔の周縁部に、前
記係止板部を前記透孔に嵌通させて一方の係合部
材の平面部と係止板部との間に他方の係合部材を
挟んだ状態で摺接させながら一方の係合部材を他
方の係合部材に対し相対的に所定角度回動させた
ときに係止板部の側面と当接する停止片を複数個
突設するとともに、前記停止片の少なくとも１つ
と、その停止片に当接する、係止板部の側面部位
とのうちの一方を帯磁材料で形成し、他方を帯磁
材料もしくは鉄材により形成したことを特徴とす
