に吸込側から順次第１デイスクと第２デイスクと
を支持し、その中のいずれか一方のデイスクを回
動自在となすとともに、これら両デイスク間の回
転軸に、一端は第１デイスクにかつ他端は第２デ
イスクにそれぞれ連結させてヘリカルバイメタル
を巻装し、かつ前記第２デイスクの外周部に複数
形成した支持孔に吐出側から羽根プレートの基端
部を円周方向への揺動が可能に枢着するとともに
、これら羽根プレートの基端部を前記第１デイス
クの外周部へ係合手段を介して円周方向へ係合し
