上げ姿勢とに揺動可能に支持し、シートクツシヨ
ンを前記着座姿勢に拘束可能なロツク機構を備え
るとともに、シートクツシヨンにシートベルトの
基端部を支持した車両用シートであつて、 前記ロツク機構は、シートクツシヨンと据付場
所との一方に配されるストライカと、他方の部位
に枢軸により揺動可能に枢支され、前記ストライ
カに係脱してシートクツシヨンを拘束可能かつ拘
束解除可能なラツチ部材とを備え、 前記ストライカと前記枢軸とを、シートベルト
に過大な荷重がかかつた際にシートベルトの基端
部が引かれる作用方向線上に配したことを特徴と
