、上記フツクに着脱自在に取り付けられ通常開く
状態に付勢されてなり上記導入管内に開いた開口
部をその導入管の管軸方向に沿わせて横向きに収
納されるとともに上記導入管の先端から外に出し
て上記操作ワイヤを手元側へ引き上記クリツプ締
付用リング内に引き込むことにより閉じるクリツ
