Claims (1)
- 箱体の外面に設けられ固体電解質からなる水素
イオン伝導体の対向面に夫々外孔質薄膜状の第１
の電極と第２の電極を接合した湿度調整装置を備
え、上記第１の電極を箱体の内側に上記第２の電
極を箱体の外側に面して装着し、上記第１の電極
と第２の電極間に直流電圧を印加するようにした
制御箱。
