(b) Prior Art An electric motor in which a rotor is movable in the thrust direction is known, for example, from Japanese Patent Publication No. 37-18655.
On the other hand, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 57-169284 (see Figure 5) describes a liquid transfer channel (d) between the outer tank (b) and the water tank (c) of a fully automatic washing machine (a). The communication and movement of liquid is carried out by a pump (E), and at the time of execution, a transfer channel (D) is used.
A washing machine with a pump is shown in which the circuit is opened by an electromagnetic connecting valve (f);
(F) is expensive, and the solenoid's suction noise is loud, so a soundproof structure is required. Therefore, the applicant has already proposed, in Japanese Patent Application No. 59-52707, a washing machine with a pump that does not use a solenoid valve by simultaneously operating the pump and the connecting valve using an electric motor with a rotor that is movable in the thrust direction. However,
Even in this structure, when the electric motor is driven, there is a risk that abnormal noise may be generated due to rattling during rotation.

(d) Structure of the Invention The pump driving electric motor of the present invention is for driving a pump mechanism consisting of a pump and its connecting valve, and includes a motor case, a stator housed in the motor case, and a motor for driving a pump in a thrust direction with respect to the stator. a movable rotor, the rotor is arranged so that it falls under its own weight when the energization is cut off, and is dropped by a predetermined amount from the stator position in order to obtain a biasing force in the direction of opening the valve when the energization is applied. The pump is characterized in that it is driven to rotate, and when energized, a pulling force is always applied to the rotor in the direction that the rotor is juxtaposed with the stator, so the rotor always rotates while being pressed upward, and therefore the rotor and the stator are rotated. There is no rotational drive with the rotating shaft rattling.

Therefore, when the electric motor 26 is energized, the rotor 30 is pulled up and rotated to a state where it has fallen by a predetermined value <5 mm> (Y) from the stator 29 position, and the cooling fan 36 and impeller 18 rotate, and the base end 45b of the arm 45 is rotated. As it rises, the working end 45c
is lowered to pull the valve rod 26 downward.
is separated from the valve port 24 to open the connecting valve 14. At this time, since an upward biasing force is acting on the rotor 30, the base end 45b of the arm 45 is constantly pressed upward, so that the rotor 30 and the rotating shaft 31 do not rotate with any wobbling, and therefore the electric motor No abnormal noise is generated from the contact portion 28 or the contact portion between the bearing holder 42 and the arm 45.

In addition, in FIG. 4A, the diameter of the rotor 30 is 64.4 mm, the stacked thickness is 22 mm, and the stacked thickness of the stator 29 is 22 mm.
9 is a diagram showing the relationship between the displacement between the rotor 30 and the stator 29 and the push-up force of the rotor 30, and FIG. As you can see, the positional deviation between rotor 30 and stator 29 is 5 mm.
In this case, a pushing force of approximately 2 kg is applied to the rotor 30, and the motor efficiency is approximately 48% under normal conditions (60
%), but the pump motor 28 operates at approximately 1 min.
Since the current is only turned on (seconds), the increase in power consumption and heat generation is slight, and therefore these points can be ignored.

Then, by operating the operation switch 46, the washing machine electric motor 8, drain solenoid 10, clutch mechanism (not shown), and water supply valve (not shown) are combined and driven to perform washing and dewatering operations, and also to perform washing and dewatering operations. The connection waterway 13 is opened only during the period when the electric motor 28 is driven to drive the reversible pump 15, and the washing water or rinsing water is moved from the outer tank 4 to the water tank 3 or from the water tank 3 to the outer tank 4. It's getting old.

(F) Effects of the Invention According to the present invention, since the rotor is constructed so as to constantly apply a biasing force in one direction when energized, there is no wobbling of the rotor or rotating shaft, and the connection between the pump and its parts is improved. Even when used as a drive source for a pump mechanism consisting of a valve, it does not generate any abnormal noise, and since the pump and valve operate at the same time, the number of parts used is reduced, thus contributing to a reduction in manufacturing costs. It is possible to obtain an electric motor for driving a pump.
