Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 有底筒形射出成形品の底部外面形状を形成する
とともに該底部外面に面する位置にゲートが形成
されたゲートブツシユと、該成形品の筒部外周面
形状を形成するキヤビテイブツシユと、該成形品
の内面形状を形成するコアとを備えた射出成形用
金型において、 前記コアの内部に、該コアの前記成形品の筒部
内周面に面する外周面近傍にまで冷却水を循環さ
せる冷却水孔を形成し、該冷却水孔に臨む前記コ
アの前記外周面近傍の内面に、冷却水の流れ方向
と略平行に前記冷却水孔に張り出す少なくとも１
つのリブを設けたことを特徴とする射出成形用金
型。
