(発明の目的)
本発明は、上記の問題を解消すべくなされたも
のであり、バブリングによる攪拌と羽根式攪拌を
一体化して、ガラス溶解装置を簡単且つ小型化
し、また溶融ガラスを垂直方向に攪拌し乍ら溶融
ガラス中にガスを送り込んで泡及び脈理の除去を
確実にし、さらにバブリング攪拌槽と羽根式攪拌
槽を一体化して槽製作に必要な高価なPt地金使
用量を節約したガラス溶解装置に於けるスターラ

本発明のガラス溶解装置に於けるスターラーの
一実施例を図によつて説明すると、1は槽2内に
回転可能に配されたスターラー1で、このスター
ラー2はスパイラルな羽根3を1回転分取付けた

端に円形のバブリング用小穴5を下面及び周面に
一定間隔に配列穿設した中空円板6を同心に連通
して取付けたものである。尚、中空円板6はスパ

が変化し、従つて溶融ガラス7中の泡及び脈理の
除去が確実に且つ効率良く行われる。また溶融ガ
ラス7がスパイラルな羽根3により垂直方向に攪
拌されるので、とりわけ比重差のある成分を含む

つ効率良く行うことができる。またスターラーが
バブリング攪拌と羽根式攪拌機能を一体化してい
るので、ガラス溶解装置を簡単且つ小型化てき
る。さらにバブリング攪拌槽と羽根式攪拌槽を一
体化できるので、槽製作に必要な高価なPt地金
