電力制御用の双方向性サイリスタ、2はこの双方
向性サイリスタ1をトリガするためのトランス、
3は同双方向性サイリスタ1を冷却するための放
熱フイン、4はそれらを固定するためのプリント
基板、5は電動送風機、6は電気掃除機本体、7
は電動送風機5の空気の流れを示す矢印、8は電
動送風機5の空気流7を排出するために電気掃除
機本体6に形成した排気口、9はリード線、10
は電動送風機後方支持部材、11は電動送風機前
方支持部材である。双方向性サイリスタ1はトラ
ンス2によりトリガされ、電動送風機5に電力を
供給するが、その時に発熱を伴い、放熱フイン3
が熱せられる。電動送風機5から排出される空気
流7は電気掃除機本体6の内壁6aと放熱フイン
3との間を通つて排気口8から排出される。この
ように電力制御装置の冷却をするためには、部品
として放熱フイン3を付随させる必要があり、か
つ、その放熱フイン3を取り付ける場所が電気掃
除機本体6内部に設けることが不可欠で、したが
つて、掃除機の大型化を招く欠点があつた。

発明の構成 本発明は電源コードを巻き取り用のコード巻き

の通風路に位置させることによつて電力制御装置
の放熱フインを新規部品として使うことなく、ま
た電気掃除機本体内部にその部品のスペースを確
保する必要をなくしたものである。

巻き取り装置15に取り付けておくためのゼンマ
イバネ蓋17と、前記ゼンマイバネ16の端面に
当接した電力制御装置18を内蔵しており、集塵
ケース12が尾錠20′を介して着脱可能に結合
してある。21は前輪22を支持するカバーであ
り、23は後輪である。第5図に示すように、電
力制御装置18の発熱部品19の端面19aはゼ
ンマイバネ16の端面16aに当接させてある。
20は電力制御装置18に接続されるリード線で
ある。また電力制御装置18はコード巻き取り装
置15の内側15aとゼンマイバネ16との間に
形成するように位置させる。そして、ゼンマイバ
ネ蓋17は電動送風機13からの排気21′がゼ
ンマイバネ16に十分当たるように同ゼンマイバ
ネ16と隙間をおいて固定してある。

発明の効果 上記実施例から明らかなように本発明は、発熱

き、これにより熱による電力制御装置の故障等が
防止できるとともに、従来のような放熱フインが
不要となるところから、部品点数の前減が図れ、
掃除機の小型化促進面ですぐれた効果を奏するも
のである。
