Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to close the mouth of a bag automatically by a method wherein after a commodity is placed in a bag equipped with a mouth closing piece, the mouth closing piece is folded on the surface of the bag to close the opening, and at the same time, an adhesive tape is placed over the bent end of the mouth closing piece and the surface of the bag, to be crossing between them. CONSTITUTION:A bag 1 is formed by double folding and lapping a resin film, and a mouth closing piece 4 is formed by extending either one film, back or front, from an opening edge 3, and on a supporting piece 7, which is formed by further extending the film from the mouth closing piece 4, holes to insert supporting rods 8, 8 are bored. Under a condition where a large number of bags 1 are accumulated, the opening edge 3 of the bag 1 on the top is opened, and after a commodity is placed, the bag 1 is pulled to the direction of a bottom part 2. While moving the bag 1, which is equipped with the mouth closing piece 4 separated from the supporting piece 7 by a separation line 9, on a conveyor, the mouth closing piece 4 is erected and bent to close the opening. Then, an adhesive tape 11 is placed from a front end 5a to a rear end 6a of the bag 11 in the carrying direction over a bent end 4a of the mouth closing piece 4 and the surface of the bag 1 to be crossing between them, and the adhesive tape 11 is cut (11a) in the vicinity of the rear end 6a.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention provides a method for loading products into a bag provided with a bendable sealing piece for sealing the opening, and then sequentially separating the cough bags at intervals. While transporting the bag, the sealing piece is folded onto the surface of the bag to seal the opening, and the adhesive tape, which is continuously fed out, is stretched across the bent end of the sealing piece and the surface of the bag. The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for automating these sealing operations when pasting the seals.

By the way, in order to make it easier for the purchaser of the product to open the bag, conventionally, the opening and side portions of the bag to be melted and welded are constructed with a sealing piece, and the sealing piece is attached to the bag using double-sided adhesive tape. It is removably attached to the surface of the body. This is because the purchaser of the product can open the bag by peeling off the sealing piece from the surface of the bag.

When making a lid and bag, two types of films are required: a synthetic resin film that constitutes the main body of the bag, and a synthetic resin film that constitutes the sealing piece, and the former band-shaped film is bent to form the bag. A bag side part constituting the height of 9 and a bag side part having a shorter height are formed, and the latter strip film is superimposed on the bag side part so as to overlap at a predetermined position.
This is because it is necessary to fuse and weld both films at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the band.

Furthermore, in order to automate the sealing after product loading, the sealing piece must be adhered to the surface of the bag with the double-sided adhesive tape during bag manufacturing or at least during product loading. It is extremely difficult to automate this, and even if possible, it would require complex equipment.

As shown in the figure, the bag 1 being sent out and conveyed by the IM conveyance unit 27 is held with the sealing piece 4 upright by the upright guide body 32. That is, the upright guide body 32 constitutes an upright wall provided in parallel with an example of the conveyance window hole 16 in order to hold the sealing piece 4 erected in the box 28 in an upright state during conveyance. On the other hand, a route regulating plate 33 is provided on the other side of the conveyance window hole 16, and a conveyance route 34 is defined between the route regulating plate 33 and the upright guide body 32. Preferably, the route regulating plate 33 is attached to the Wi feeder table 15 so as to be adjustable in forward and backward movement using a position adjuster 35, and by adjusting the forward and backward movement of the route regulating plate 33, the width of the conveying route 34 can be changed. It is configured to be possible. Therefore, according to the present invention, when a bag 11 of a different size, for example, a bag 1 shorter in height than the bag 1 shown in FIG. 1, is loaded with products and sealed.

(Structure of Adhesive Tape) As shown in FIG. 1, the adhesive tape 11 constitutes a covering tape 38 whose adhesive surface is covered with a release tape 37,
After the covering tape 38 is fed out from the freely rotatable feeding section 39 wound into a roll, the adhesive tape 11 and the release tape 37 are separated by the pen roller 40.The separated release tape 37 is then wound up. It is wound up on a roll 41. The adhesive tape 11 is fed out by a guide roller 42 with its adhesive surface directed toward the bag 1 that is being transported.

Preferably, the spindle of the pasting roll 43 is vertically movable, and the pasting roll 43 is made of metal or the like and is placed in a stack so that it contacts the bag 1 being transported with some pressure. It is configured. Therefore, the bag 1 is attached to the adhesive roll 43 with the feeding end of the adhesive tape 11 adhered to the front end position of the bag 1 in the conveyance direction by an adhesion auxiliary means 44 to be described later.
When the bag 1 is fed downward, the adhesive tape 11 is adhered to the bag 1 being transported from the front end to the rear end in the transport direction, spanning the bent end 4a of the sealing piece and the surface of the bag.

(Configuration of Cutting Means) The time when the adhesive tape 11 is pasted by the pasting roll 43 and the sealing of the bag body 1 is completed corresponds to the time when the intermittent feeding of the conveyor 10 is stopped. A cutting means 45 is disposed near the rear end of the stopped bag 1 in the transport direction, and the adhesive tape 11
can be cut. The cutting means 45 includes a blade 46 consisting of a cutter blade or a fusing blade heated by a heater.
The blade 46 is vertically movable by a cylinder 47. Therefore, by lowering the blade 46 using the cylinder 47, the adhesive tape 11 is cut along the rear end of the bag 1 in the transport direction.

The spacing alignment device N48 includes a pusher 49 that extends from outside the VI feed path 34 and is positioned at the rear end in the conveying direction of the following bag 1, a cylinder 50 that moves the pusher 49 forward and backward, and a cylinder 50 that moves the pusher 49 forward and backward. Including pusher 4
9 is provided with an advancing/retracting means 51 such as an electric motor that rotates the conveyance path 34 to move it in and out of the conveyance path 34. Therefore, when the succeeding bag 1 is conveyed to a predetermined position and stopped, when the pusher 49 is advanced into the conveying path 34 by the advancing/retreating means 51 and the pusher 49 is advanced by the cylinder 50, the cough bag 1 is moved from the preceding cough bag 1. It is moved forward until it comes into contact with the drive piece 14. Therefore, the distance between the preceding bag 1 (the bag to which the adhesive tape 11 has already been attached) and the following bag 1 is narrowed.

(Structure of adhesion auxiliary means) After the following bag 1 is advanced by the spacing alignment device 48, the adhesive tape 11 is adhered to the upper surface of the front end of the bag 1 in the transport direction by the adhesion auxiliary means 44. As shown in the first diagram, the auxiliary means 44 has a lining made of an elastic material such as sponge formed on the lower surface and arranged above the front end of the bag 1 in the conveyance direction, and is movable up and down by a cylinder 52. . Therefore, when the adhesion assisting means 44 is lowered by the cylinder 52.

From this state, as shown in Figure 11, the cutting means 45 and the adhesion assisting means 44 are operated simultaneously. Therefore, the adhesive tape 11 is cut near the rear end of the preceding bag 1 in the conveying direction, and at the same time, the cut end forms a new tape feeding end, and at the same time, the feeding end of the adhesive tape 11 is connected to the trailing end by the adhesion assisting means 44. It is attached to the bag body 1 of.
