Although there are various methods for transplant cultivation, for example, a method using paper tube seedlings is recognized as having great advantages. These paper tube seedlings are
Normally, a seedling raising container is used in which a large number of paper cylinders are arranged in an orderly manner and connected so that they can be separated, the container is filled with soil, seeds are sown, the seedlings are raised, and the seedlings arranged in the paper cylinders are separated into individual paper cylinder seedlings and transplanted. Paper tubes have been developed that can be transplanted while holding the soil securely, and that decompose within a short period of time after transplantation, and are expected to be used for a variety of agricultural products.

On the other hand, as the above-mentioned paper tube seedling transplanting machine, one that utilizes natural fall is desired from the viewpoint of high speed. In other words, it was originally confirmed that variations in the spacing between plants and disturbances in planting posture had little effect on yield, but transplant cultivation using paper tube seedlings is expected to dramatically increase yield. This makes it possible to adopt the natural fall method by making the accuracy of plant spacing and accuracy of planting posture, etc., which were conventionally required of transplanters, to be secondary. Paper tube seedlings are much heavier than other seedlings, are easy to fall, and are easy to control.Furthermore, paper tube seedlings are easy to separate from lined seedlings, making them suitable for high-speed separation.

As mentioned above, when transplanting by the dropping method, a planting field is formed in the field using a trench opener, and paper tube seedlings are dropped into the planting field immediately after the trench opener, and the seedlings are immediately covered with soil. The soil is covered with soil, but the flow of soil at this time is from the rear side, and a force that pushes the paper tube seedlings forward acts. It was pushed forward and buried at the bottom of the planting ditch.

As a result, the paper tube-aligned seedlings 1 placed on the seedling conveyor 21 are sequentially sent forward, and the front surface of each paper tube seedling 2 in the front row is pressed against the outer peripheral surface of each corresponding regulating plate 25 with a constant pressure. The paper tube seedlings 2 in the front row are transferred while being pressed to regulate the front position of each paper tube seedling 2.

The outer peripheral surface of the regulating plate 25 has a spiral curve, and the radius gradually decreases in proportion to the rotation angle, so by rotating at a constant speed, the radius decreases at a constant speed, and the seedling conveyor The paper cylinder seedlings 2 in the front row of the paper cylinder aligned seedlings 1 sent in by the paper cylinder seedlings 1 are moved back at a constant speed while regulating the front position. In this way, when one paper tube seedling 2 is sent to a predetermined position, the paper tube seedling 2 is located at the minimum radius part of the regulation plate 25, and the end surface of the separating body 26 is aligned with the paper tube seedling 2. The needle 27 of the separation body 26 hits the upper surface and is pushed downward, and at the same time the needle 27 of the separation body 26 pierces the soil of the paper tube seedling 2, and as it pierces, the paper tube seedling 2
Separate the seedlings downward from the paper tube-aligned seedlings 1 while pulling the upper part of the seedlings laterally.

Further, each regulation plate 25 of the seedling regulation device 23 controls each paper tube seedling 2 included in the front row of the paper tube aligned seedlings 1.
By arranging the separation points sequentially from one end with the same phase difference, the separation points are arranged in a spiral pattern, and the paper tube seedlings 2 are separated one by one from one end. be done. In addition, the pitch of the spiral is equal to the length of one row in the front row when separating paper tube seedlings 2 one by one from the front of paper tube lined seedlings 1, and the length of one row in the front row when separating two seedlings 1 at a time.
By setting the length to 1/2 of the row, it is possible to separate two lines at a time as shown in FIG. 6, and similarly, by arranging the regulating plate 25, three or more lines can be separated.

In addition, individual paper tube seedlings 2 in the front row of the paper tube lined seedlings 1
Seedling holding devices 28 are arranged against the paper tube seedlings 2 to press the front side of the paper tube seedlings 2 and prevent the adjacent paper tube seedlings 2 to be separated from being drawn out and separated irregularly.

Furthermore, when the paper tube seedlings 2 separated from the paper tube-aligned seedlings 1 reach the lower position of the regulation plate 25, the seedling scraping body 29 rotating at a constant speed touches the upper surface of the paper tube seedlings 2 stuck in the needles 27. Then, the paper tube seedling 2 is pulled out from the needle 27 and thrown into the drop tube 32. This drop tube 32
accepts the paper tube seedlings 2 falling within a certain width from the wide entrance 33 at the top, slides the inserted paper tube seedlings 2 along the sloping bottom surface, and as it goes downward. By gradually narrowing the width, the paper tube seedlings 2 that fall are concentrated, and the paper tube seedlings 2 that fall through the drop tube 32 and fly out from the discharge port 34 at a constant speed are directed to the guide pieces 35 on both sides. Therefore, it will be further regulated. At this time, since the width of the discharge port 34 is made slightly wider than the length of the paper tube seedling 2, even if the paper tube seedling 2 falls down due to accidental conditions, no blockage will occur.

In addition, since the rear surface between the guide pieces 35 on both sides of the discharge port 34 is open and has a substantially V-shaped cross section, even if the paper tube seedling 2 falls while falling and passes through the discharge port 34. , falling backward and downward from the notch opening 36 and being prevented from being blocked.

Then, the paper tube seedlings 2 discharged from the drop tube 32 are laterally changed in direction along the curved surface of the guide body 37, and further, the paper tube seedlings 2 slide down along the slope of the planting groove 41 due to inertia. , collides with the bottom of the planting groove 41 and stops. At the same time, the soil raised by the trench opener 42 while forming the planting trench 51 falls over the tip of the upper plate 38 of the guide body 37, as shown in FIG. In this way, the paper tube seedlings 2 are placed and lined up one after another in the planting groove 41, and are immediately covered with soil. Then, the suppression wheel 13 runs next to the planting groove 51 and mounds it up horizontally. The loose soil is further broken up, and the paper tube seedlings 2 arranged in the planting groove 51 are covered with soil and compacted.

In addition, in the above embodiment, the separation body 26 is integrally formed on each regulation plate 25 of the seedling regulation device 23;
This separation body 26 is formed separately from each regulation plate 25,
The paper tube seedlings 2 may be pressed and separated in conjunction with the regulation plate 25. In addition, the suppression wheel 1 is used as a driving source.
3, a separate prime mover may be used. Also,
In the above embodiment, paper tube seedlings were explained, but the present invention can be applied to other types of seedling raising as long as the roots are well-coiled and the wrapping soil is firm.

According to the present invention, falling seedlings are received at the entrance at the upper end of the drop tube, guided to the discharge port by the tube and discharged, guided by the guide plate to the planting groove made by the groove opener, and arranged. By covering this with soil piled up using a trench opener, even relatively short regular seedlings will not fall over and become buried at the bottom of the planting trench, and will be stable. can be reliably transplanted.
