Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable an identical VTR to be used not only for an existing cassette but also for a small cassette by providing a cassette receiving part for the small cassette to a prescribed position on the inside of the position of a cassette position regulation part for the large tape cassette. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a cassette holder for a tape cassette that can be used in tape recorders, video tape recorders (hereinafter referred to as VTR), and the like.

Conventional technology In recent years, tape recorders and VTRs have become smaller and lighter, and the tape cassettes (hereinafter referred to as cassettes) used in these devices are also becoming smaller and smaller in addition to existing cassettes, even with the same recording and playback method. Cassettes are increasingly being used.

Furthermore, cassettes of different sizes may be used in the same VTR.

An example of a conventional cassette and cassette holder will be described below with reference to the drawings.

Means for Solving the Problems The cassette holder of the present invention is a cassette holder that is used in the same magnetic recording and reproducing device and holds an existing large tape cassette and a smaller small tape cassette, the cassette holder being a cassette holder for holding an existing large tape cassette and a smaller small tape cassette. Claims (1)

[Claims] A cassette holder that is used in the same magnetic recording and reproducing device and holds an existing large tape cassette and a smaller small tape cassette, wherein the cassette of the large tape cassette is located inside the position of the cassette position regulating portion of the large tape cassette. A cassette holder characterized in that a cassette receiving portion for the small cassette is provided outside a range through which the lid passes during a cassette lid opening operation, and is configured to selectively hold the large tape cassette and the small tape cassette.
