[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Technical Field of the Invention] The present invention relates to a cable lead-in opening formed in a casing for drawing a cable into a casing for housing an electronic device, and relates to a cable lead-in opening formed in a casing for accommodating an electronic device. The present invention relates to an opening area adjustment structure that can be adjusted according to the amount of cable drawn into a housing.

In the figure, 1 is a casing, and 2 and 3 are the main body and door of the casing 1. An opening 5 for pulling in the cable is formed in the bottom plate 4 of the main body 2. The cable is drawn into the housing 1 through this opening 5, and the cable is drawn into the housing 1.
It is configured to connect an electronic device (not shown) housed inside the device to an external device. 6 is the opening 5
This is a cable introduction plate that blocks the cable. This cable introduction plate 6 is attached to the bottom plate 4 with screws 7. Generally, the opening 5 is made large enough to allow the desired cable to be drawn into it. Therefore, even after the cable is pulled in, there is usually a large gap in the opening 5, and there is a risk that rats and pests may enter the housing 1 through this gap. Therefore, conventionally, a cable introduction plate 6 that closes the opening 5 is attached to the housing 1, and during on-site installation work, holes are formed in the cable introduction plate 6 according to the number and diameter of the cables. This prevents a large gap from forming in the housing 1.

However, in the case of the above-mentioned case, it is necessary to drill holes in the cable introduction plate during installation work, and special tools are required to drill the holes, making the installation work very complicated. , and also had the problem of being time-consuming. Also, in order to prevent large gaps from forming in the housing, it is necessary to form a hole in the cable introduction plate that matches the amount of cables to be drawn in as much as possible. In this case, there was also the problem that it became difficult to insert the cable into the hole.

As shown in FIG. 6, the cable holding plate 17 is formed by bending a plate-like member into an "L" shape, and is composed of a closing plate part (one side) 22 and an opening plate part 23. A plurality of notches (clamp portions) 25 are formed in a staggered manner in the closing plate portion 22, and by bending the plate member at a desired notch 25 to form a tongue piece 26, as shown in FIG. Furthermore, the tongue piece 26 is configured to be able to hold cables 27 of various thicknesses. Furthermore, this cut 2
5, if the cable 27 is bent in the opposite direction of FIG. 7, the cable 27 can be held by the tongue piece 26 even on the back side in the figure. The area of the opening plate part 23 is the same as that of the closing plate part 2.
The area is smaller than that of 2. That is, the width of the opening plate part 23 is smaller than the width L 1 of the closing plate part 22.
L 2 is made small, and the central portion of the opening plate portion 23 is cut out to form an opening 28 . The width of the opening 28 is approximately the same as the width L 2 of the opening plate 23, and this width L 2 is approximately the same as the diameter of the thinnest cable 27 among the cables 27 drawn into the housing 10. It is becoming.

Grooves 30 are formed at both ends of the bent portion of this cable holding plate 17. Then, as shown in FIG. 1 or 4, the slide guide 16 is inserted into this groove 30, and either one of the closing plate part 22 and the opening plate part 23 is connected to the bottom plate 13 and the slide guide 16. By tightening the screws 20 interposed between them, the cable holding plate 17 is attached to the bottom plate in such a manner that the closing plate part 22 or the opening plate part 23 is in close contact with the inner surface 19 of the bottom plate 13 and bridged over the opening part 14. It is configured to be attached to 13.

When pulling the cable 27 into the housing 10, the cable holding plate 17 is attached in the state shown in FIG. That is, some of the cable holding plates 17 in the state shown in FIG. 4 are turned over,
Reattach the opening plate 23 in close contact with the inner surface 19 (FIG. 1 shows the opening plate 23 of one cable holding plate 17 in close contact with the inner surface 19). By doing so, an opening 14A for cable entry is formed in the bottom surface 13. In this case, the cable holding plate 17 can be slid along the slide guide 16 by loosening the screw 20. Therefore, the cable holding plate 17 can be easily attached and detached. In addition, the opening plate part 2
Cable holding plate 17 that brings the third side into close contact with the inner surface 19
The number of cables 27 is determined by the amount (number, diameter, etc.) of cables 27 drawn into the housing 10. For example, if the amount of cable 27 is about the size of the opening 28, it is sufficient to turn over only one cable holding plate 17.
Also, if the diameter of the cable 27 is larger than the width L2 ,
In cases where there are a large number of holes, an additional opening 14 is provided.
The cable holding plates 17 may be shifted and attached so that A becomes larger, or more cable holding plates 17 may be turned over and attached. In this case, when inserting the cable 27 into the opening 14A, shift the cable holding plate in the direction in which the opening 14A becomes larger, so that the gap between the opening 14A and the cable 27 is as small as possible after the cable 27 is inserted. The cable holding plate 17 is fixed by sliding the cable holding plate 17 in the direction shown in FIG. Therefore, the cable 27 can be inserted very easily, and the gap created in the housing 10 can also be reduced. Since the inserted cable 27 is clamped by the tongue piece 26 described above, the cable 27 can be handled very easily. In addition, in FIG. 2, if an opening for inserting the cable 27 is also provided between the cable holding plates 17A and 17B and the cable 27 is drawn into this opening, the cutout 25 of the cable holding plate 17A is used to insert the cable. The cables 27 on both sides of the holding plate 17A can be clamped. Further, if the notch 25 is not formed by a complete groove cut but is formed by a notch hole, no gap will be formed in the closing plate portion 22 unless the tongue piece 26 is made. Therefore, the casing 10 into which the cable 27 is drawn can be well sealed, and not only can mice and pests be prevented from entering, but also moisture, dust, etc. from the outside can be prevented from entering.

FIG. 8 shows a case where a hole 30 for a wire bundle band is formed in the closing plate part 22 as a clamp part. If airtightness inside the casing 10 is not a problem, forming the hole 30 in this manner can also be used as a clamp portion for holding the cable 27.

As explained above, in the opening area adjustment structure of the present invention, an opening of a size corresponding to the amount of cables to be drawn into the housing can be formed by simply turning over the cable holding plate without drilling holes. Therefore, the installation work of the casing becomes easy, and even if the number of cables is small when the casing is delivered, and the number of cables increases later, or vice versa, it can be easily handled. Moreover, installation wiring such as inserting the cable into the opening and holding the cable can be easily performed.
