合部を有し、かつ左右側面にプーリの溝面に摺接
する摺接部を有する多数のブロツクとで構成され
、上記張力帯の上下面にはそれぞれブロツクと同
数の凹溝が長さ方向に等間隔をあけかつ上下に対
応して形成されている一方、各ブロツクの嵌合部
上下面にはそれぞれ上記張力帯の凹溝に嵌合可能
な凸条が形成されており、張力帯の凹溝と各ブロ
ツクの凸条との係合によりブロツクを張力体に対
しベルト長手方向に係止固定してなる高負荷伝動
用のVベルトであつて、 上記各ブロツクのセンタピラー左右中央部のベ
ルト進行方向の一側面に、断面円弧状の内周面を
有する凹部が形成されている一方、他側面には、
断面円弧状の外周面を有していて上記隣接するブ
ロツクの凹部に嵌合可能な凸部が形成されており
、 上記凹部の内周は、ベルトのピツチライン上に
中心を有しかつブロツクの間隙を中心位置とする
円弧面よりも大きい曲率半径を有する円弧面とさ
れ、 凸部の外周は、ピツチラインを境として曲率半
径の異なる上下2つの円弧面で構成され、上半部
は、ピチツライン上に中心を有しかつ上記凹部よ
りも小さい曲率半径を有する円弧面とされている
一方、下半部は、ベルトが正規方向に最小半径に
彎曲したときに下半部が凹部に接触しないようピ
ツチラインよりも上側に位置する中心を有しかつ
上記凹部の曲率半径以上の曲率半径を有する円弧
面とされていることを特徴とする高負荷伝動用V
