に、キヤツプの脚部の内周面側に刻設されたセレ
ーシヨンをスピンドル本体の上部外周面側へ刻設
されたセレーシヨンへ嵌合させ、ハンドル本体を
台座とキヤツプとの間で回動操作するようにした
