As shown in FIG. 35, in this pipe joint, a branch hole is bored in the peripheral wall of the ribbed pipe a, the proximal end of the branch pipe connection C is inserted into the branch hole, and the proximal end is inserted into the branch hole. A saddle portion d protruding from the outer periphery of the ribbed tube a is applied to the outer surface of the ribbed tube a, and a protrusion e protruding from the joint surface of the saddle portion d is inserted between each rib f of the ribbed tube a to join. This prevents a gap from forming between the joint surface of the saddle part d and the outer peripheral surface of the ribbed pipe a, and allows the branch connection pipe joint to be firmly connected to the ribbed pipe. be.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the branch connection pipe joint described above, during construction, the joint surface of the saddle part d is applied to the outer circumferential surface of the ribbed pipe a to connect the saddle part d. There was an inconvenience in that the shapes of the protrusions e protruding from the joint surfaces of the tubes and the ribs f of the ribbed tube a had to be perfectly matched for connection. Furthermore, if mud, sand, etc. adhere between the ribs r, the joint surface of the saddle portion d will rise, causing a problem that it will not fit properly along the outer peripheral surface of the ribbed tube a.

(Function) In the attachment method of the present invention, first, the outer frame of the attachment member is brought into close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the ribbed tube, and the inner frame of the attachment member is communicated with the branch hole drilled in the ribbed tube. . Next, the space between the outer frame and the inner frame is filled with a bonding agent. In this state, the connecting portion between the branch hole and the inner frame is filled with a bonding agent and communicates with each other without creating a gap. Thereafter, the saddle portion of the branch connection pipe joint is crimped onto the top surface of this attachment member to communicate the inner frame and the base end of the saddle portion, and the outer peripheral surface of the ribbed pipe and the saddle portion of the branch connection pipe joint are connected. The bonding surface is substantially bonded with a bonding agent. At this time, since the space in the attachment member is filled with a bonding agent, the connecting portion between the base end of the saddle and the inner frame is filled with bonding agent and communicates without creating a gap. .

On the other hand, in the attachment member of the present invention, the lower surface of the outer frame is curved along the outer diameter of the ribbed tube, and a rib fitting recess into which the rib of the ribbed tube is fitted is formed on the lower surface. As a result, the outer frame portion comes into close contact with the peripheral wall of the ribbed tube. In addition, the inner frame is provided with a bridge section connected to the space between the inner frame and the outer frame so as to communicate between the branch hole formed in the ribbed pipe and the branch connection section of the pipe joint. Since it is integrally formed,
The space between the outer frame and the inner frame can be completely filled with the bonding agent surrounding the inner frame. Furthermore, by filling the space between the outer frame portion and the inner frame portion with a bonding agent, it is possible to bond the outer peripheral surface of the ribbed pipe and the joint surface of the branch connection pipe joint with the bonding agent.

The bridge portion 13 extends from the inner surface of the frame plate 15.15 along the axial direction to the outer peripheral surface of the inner frame portion 12 so as to join the outer frame portion 11 and the inner frame portion 12. This pre-fuji part 13 is arranged in the inner frame part so that the lower end part of the inner frame part 12 is fitted into the ribbed pipe P without protruding with the outer frame part 11 along the peripheral wall of the ribbed pipe P. 12 to ribbed pipe P
It is joined at a position shifted downward by the wall thickness. In this embodiment, the bridge portion 13 is continuously provided from the inner surface of the frame plate 15. As long as a space can be secured and the outer frame part 11 and the inner frame part 12 can be joined in a predetermined positional relationship, the position where the bridge part 13 is installed in a row does not matter.

Thereafter, the pipe joint 2 is crimped onto the surface of the attachment member 1, as shown in FIGS. 7 to 10. This crimping is performed by tightening the ribbed pipe P and the pipe joint 2 using a wire or the like (not shown). Then, the upper end portion of the inner frame portion 12 is inserted into the base end portion 22 of the saddle portion 21, and the space portion 1
The bonding agent 3 filled with 0.0% is brought into close contact with the inner surface of the saddle portion 21 of the pipe joint 2. Thereafter, the bonding agent 3 that has protruded to the outside is wiped off, and the bonding agent 3 is sufficiently hardened.

In this state, the inner frame portion 11 is filled with bonding agent 3,
The branch hole A communicates with the branch pipe connection part 23 without creating a gap. Further, in this state, the diameters of the branch hole A, the inner frame portion 11, and the branch pipe connection portion 23 are completely matched, so that the fluidity within the pipe is not impaired.

Since the bonding agent 3 is used to substantially bond the ribbed pipe P, there may be variations in the shape of the ribbed pipe P or the inner surface of the saddle part 2I of the pipe fitting 2, or if there is mud, sand, etc. attached to the surface of the ribbed pipe P. Even if it is, sufficient water-stopping properties can be ensured and it can be easily joined. Furthermore, the strength of the branch pipe 23 can be improved by making the part bonded by the bonding agent 3, that is, the space 10, thick (or having a sufficient thickness).

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the attachment method of the present invention, the adhesive is filled around the inner frame portion, and the branch hole and the branch pipe connection portion are communicated with each other without creating a gap. Sufficient water content can be ensured. In addition, since the outer circumferential surface of the ribbed pipe and the joint surface of the pipe fitting are essentially bonded together using a bonding agent, there may be variations in the shape of the ribbed pipe or the inner surface of the saddle of the pipe fitting, or if the ribbed pipe Even if mud, sand, etc. adhere to the surface,
It is possible to ensure sufficient water-stopping properties and easily join without creating gaps.

Further, according to the attachment member of the present invention, it is possible to fill the bonding agent surrounding the inner frame portion, and also to fill the space between the outer frame portion and the inner frame portion with the bonding agent without leaking. It is possible to improve the water-stopping properties of the bonding agent. Furthermore, since the inner frame can be surrounded by a sufficient thickness of adhesive, the adhesive can improve the strength of the branch pipe connection. Furthermore, since the outer peripheral surface of the ribbed pipe and the joining surface of the pipe fitting can be bonded using a bonding agent, the shape of the ribbed pipe and the inner surface of the saddle of the pipe fitting can be formed to perfectly match. It is possible to easily join without having to do so.
