Claims

[Scope of Utility Model Registration Claim] In a disk device mechanism of a disk device that performs recording and reproduction on a recording medium formed by rotatably storing a magnetic sheet in a hard case, an insertion position for inserting the recording medium; a storage body that is moved to a recording and playback position where the recording and playback is performed; a latching means that locks the storage body at the recording and playback position; a biasing means for accumulating a biasing force for ejecting the recording medium upon contact; and a biasing means for accumulating a biasing force for opening the lid of the recording medium upon contact with the recording medium when the recording medium is inserted into the storage body. What is claimed is: 1. A disk drive mechanism comprising: a lid opening means for opening the lid, wherein the locking means and the lid opening means are integrated.
