を設けるコストアツプの不利益をさせることがで

て、前記第1の差分信号と第2の差分信号とを加
算し、且つ低域濾波して垂直輪郭強調信号を出力
する垂直輪郭強調信号発生回路と、この垂直輪郭
強調信号に予め定められた係数を重み付けして出
力するレベル調整係数器と、このレベル調整係数
器からの出力を前記分離された輝度信号に加算す
る加算器とを備えたものである。

説明する。Y/C分離装置としては、2個の縦続
した1H遅延素子を用い隣接する3走査線間の相

る部分を含むものであればいかなる形式でもよ
い。代表的な相関分離方式の回路は、第1図の1
0で示すようなものである。この回路は2H型と
いわれるもので2遅延素子11a,11bを利用
し、各ノードの信号の組合わせでY、C信号の分
離をする。中点を現時点の信号loとし、前信号
lo-1と減算を減算器13bで行なうと、lo=Yo
Co、lo-1=Yo-1−Co-1(Cの位相を考慮して負号
をつけてある)としてlo−lo-1=(Yo−Yo-1)+Co
+Co-1となり、信号loと信号lo-1との相関が強い
場合、この差信号は略々2Coとなる。同様にして
減算器13aの(lo−lo+1)の差信号も略々2Co
なる。減算器13a,13bの出力を加算器14
で加算して、乗算器15で1/4倍するとC信号が
得られる。また信号loから減算器16でC信号を
減算するとY信号が得られる。上記Y/C分離回
路10に、輪郭強調部100(1)を付加する。

調整係数器103でK△Yとして加算器105に
送られる。係数Kは係数設定器104により定め

を利用した相関分離方式のY/C分離回路と、周
波数フイルタを利用した周波数分離方式による
Y/C分離回路と、これら各Y/C分離回路から
受けた輝度信号および色信号のそれぞれを重み付
けして合成する合成手段と、垂直の変化成分を検
出し、この検出成分の大きさに応じて重み付けを
変化させる手段とを有するものである。

出力の大きさの組み合わせにより、Y1、C1信号
とY2、C2信号の混合比率を変えて、クロスカラ
ー、ドツトクロールを適切に抑制する。

タ51,52のそれぞれの出力信号である。前記
低域フイルタ51,52へ入力する信号はY/C
分離回路10の中の減算回路13b,13aの出
力信号である。第1図では、垂直輪郭強調信号発
生回路を加算器14と低域通過フイルタ101と
で構成し、減算回路13b,13aの出力を加算
器14で加算して、その出力信号を輪郭強調部1
00(1)の入力側にある1つの低域通過フイル
タ101で、色信号成分を除去しているところ
を、第2図では、垂直輪郭強調信号発生回路を低
域通過フイルタ51,52と加算器102とで構
成し、各減算回路13b,13aの出力をそれぞ
れ低域通過フイルタ51,52で色信号成分を除
去した後、加算器102で加算している。したが
つて動作的には全く同一である。ただし、低域通
過フイルタ51,52が輪郭強調にも流用される
利点がある。

し、前記の分離されたY信号に付加することで鮮
鋭度の高い画像をうることができる。
