修台車を移動して一方側の浸漬管受は部に載置された交
換すべく浸漬管をRH炉の下部槽の一方側に取付け、し
かる後に補修台車を移動して他方側の浸漬管受は部に載
置された交換すべく浸漬管を上記下部槽の他方側に取付
けるようにして構成されている。

Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] (1)夫々昇降手段を有し、対となる浸漬管を受けるこ
とが可能なバーナーフードを有する予熱乾燥装置と、そ
の両側に夫々配置され浸漬管受け部を有する外周スラグ
カッター及び浸漬管受け部を有する圧入装置とを備えた
補修台車を利用してRH炉の浸漬管を交換する方法であ
って、上記予熱乾燥装置のバーナーフードを上昇させて
交換すべく浸漬管を載置させて取外し、次に補修台車を
移動して一方側の浸漬管受け部に載置された交換すべく
浸漬管をRH炉の下部槽の一方側に取付け、しかる後に
補修台車を移動して他方側の浸漬管受け部に載置された
交換すべく浸漬管を上記下部槽の他方側に取付けること
を特徴とするRH炉における浸漬管の交換方法。
