Claims (1)
せ各圧電セラミツクのそれぞれ外面に電極を設け
るとともに上記シムを共通電極とするバイモルフ
振動子を備え、このバイモルフ振動子によりポン
プ室の少なくとも一面を形成してなるバイモルフ
ポンプにおいて、上記バイモルフ振動子に貫通孔
を形成するとともに、上記各圧電セラミツクの電
極およびシムに接続されて各圧電セラミツクに駆
動電圧を印加する複数の配線部材を設け、これら
配線部材のうち上記ポンプ室に面する側の圧電セ
ラミツクの電極に接続される配線部材を上記貫通
孔を通して外部に導出することを特徴とするバイ
