存のボビンを使えない欠点を有するものであつ

機構Bによりボビン48を停止させた状態で、一
定量のからげ輪形成用材料を緩まないように送り
出してから、スピンドル軸2の軸受に枢着したか
らげ歯車3の適所に突設したL型のからげ爪4を
材料に直角に当てながら該材料のボビン48への
巻き付け方向と逆の方向へ数回だけ旋回させるこ
とによりからげ輪(あ)を形成し、次に、このか
らげ輪(あ)にひねり爪軸25の先端に設けたL
型のひねり爪24を引つ掛けて該からげ輪(あ)
を上記からげ爪4から外し、引き続きひねり爪軸
25を回転させてからげ輪(あ)をひねることに
より、ボビン48に巻き取つた線状の材料の端末
を解けないように処理し、上記従来の問題点を除
去すると共に材料の端末処理を能率良く行うこと
ができるようにしたものである。

せると共に固定させ、次に図面第3図に示す様に

印方向に旋回させ図面第4図cに示す様にボビン
48の右端前方へ、からげ輪(あ)を形成し、更
にカムレバー32と連動する連結棒33を介して
ひねり爪台23を旋回させ、図面第4図dに示す
様に、からげ輪(あ)にひねり爪24を引つ掛け
て、からげ輪(あ)をからげ爪4から外し、カム
レバー29によりひねり爪軸25に固着したベル
ト車27に張設してあるベルト31を引き下げ
て、ひねり爪軸25を回転させ、ひねり爪軸25
に固着した歯車26が図面第4図eに示す様に規
制歯車28の歯を埋め込んだ位置に達して、ひね
り爪軸25が旋回を停止するまでに、ひねり爪軸
25は三回転して、からげ輪(あ)をひねり込
み、引き続きカムレバー32と連動する連結棒3

ボビンをも使用することが出来るものである。

たからげ歯車の適所に突設したL型のからげ爪を
材料に直角に当てながら該材料のボビンへの巻き
付け方向と逆の方向へ数回だけ旋回させることに
よりからげ輪を形成し、次に、このからげ輪にひ
ねり爪軸の先端に設けたL型のひねり爪を引つ掛
けて該からげ輪を上記からげ爪から外し、引き続
きひねり爪軸を回転させてからげ輪をひねること
により、ボビンに巻き取つた線状の材料の端末を
解けないように処理する、巻取機に於ける線状の
