(Prior Art) A conventional spinneret equipped with a glass spinning plate for spinning rayon yarn (polynosik) had a structure as shown in FIG. That is, in a plurality of through holes 2 drilled in the bottom plate of a mouthpiece body 1 made of ceramics and having a dish-shaped cross section, there are spun plates 5 made of glass, each having a body 3 made of ceramics and having a large number of spinning holes 4 at the bottom. A fused cup-shaped spinning tube 6 is inserted,
The glass 7 was fixed to the upper surface of the bottom plate of the base body 1 by melting.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) By the way, in such a spinneret 8, it is very difficult to drill through holes 2 in the spinneret body 1 made of ceramics, and when making the cup-shaped spinning tube 6,
Since the ceramic body 3 and the glass spinning plate 5 are sintered at high temperatures, if the spinning plate 5 of one spinning tube 6 breaks or comes off, the spinneret 8 must be remade. Since this is not possible, it is very time consuming.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The spinneret of the present invention will be explained below with reference to the embodiment shown in FIG. 1. 1' is a metal having corrosion resistance;
For example, the base body is made of Hastelloy and has a dish-shaped cross section, and a plurality of through holes 2 are bored in the bottom plate. A ring-shaped groove 9 is provided on the inner wall surface of each through hole 2, and a packing 10 made of fluorine resin is attached to each groove 9, and a cup fitted into each through hole 2 is attached. A shaped spinning tube 11 is held by the packing 10.

(Function) In the spinneret 17 having such a structure, since the spinneret body 1' having a dish-shaped cross section is made of a metal having corrosion resistance, unlike in the case of ceramics, the through-hole 2 can be easily formed, and corrosion caused by the spinning dope, Can withstand wear and tear. Furthermore, since the spinning tube 11 that is inserted into the through hole 2 is held by the gasket 10 that is attached to the groove 9 provided on the inner wall surface of the through hole 2, its installation is extremely simple, and the spinning tube 11 If the tube 11 is damaged, it can be removed from the through hole 2 and replaced, so there is no need to rebuild the spinneret as in the conventional case. Furthermore, since the glass spinning plate 16 stretched over the bottom of the spinning tube 11 is held in a groove 13 provided in the lower inner peripheral surface of the body 12 of the spinning tube 11 with a gasket 14, its attachment is easy. It is very simple, and if the spinning plate 16 breaks or comes off, it can be removed from the body 12 and replaced, so the spinning tube 11 can be easily repaired. Further, since the body 12 of the spinning tube 11 is made of a metal having corrosion resistance, unlike the case of ceramics, it is easy to process and can sufficiently withstand corrosion caused by the spinning dope, abrasion, etc.

In the above embodiment, in order to hold the peripheral edge of the spinning plate 16 in the ring-shaped groove 13 in the body 12 of the spinning tube 11, the peripheral edge of the spinning plate 16 is held by a packing 14 having a U-shaped cross section. The packing 14 is fitted into the groove 13, and the spinning plate 16 is attached to the ring-shaped groove 13 as shown in FIG.
The spinning plate 16 may be held by fitting a packing 14' into the groove 13 on the upper surface of the peripheral edge of the spinning plate 16.

Further, there is only one packing 10 that holds the spinning tube 11 in the through hole 2, but ring-shaped grooves 9 are provided in two stages, upper and lower, on the inner wall surface of the through hole 2, and the packing 10 is attached to each upper and lower part. The spinning tube 11 may be held in the through hole 2 by two gaskets 10.

(Effect of the invention) As can be seen from the above explanation, the spinneret of the present invention has
Since the base body is made of a corrosion-resistant metal, it is easy to form a through hole in the base body. In addition, a gasket is attached to the groove provided on the inner wall of the through-hole to hold the spinning tube that is inserted into the through-hole.
The spinning tube is extremely easy to attach, and can also be removed and replaced from the through hole. Furthermore, since the spinning plate at the bottom of the spinning tube is held and tensioned with a gasket in a groove provided on the inner peripheral surface of the lower part of the body, it is easy to attach and replace the spinning plate. Since the part is made of corrosion-resistant metal, it is easy to process. Therefore, the spinneret of the present invention is excellent in ease of manufacture and maintenance, and can be said to be an epoch-making device that can replace conventional spinnerets.
